What can one say about a rental or rent to own used crap. One pays three times what the stuff is worth and most of it is used. But if you just need to rent a washer or dryer when yours fail to work than its okay. I wouldn't ever buy from them or any rent to own place as they are set up to rope those that cant get real credit from a real furnishing store. It's a rent a thing place, so be ready to pay out the wallet. Big time.

The merchandise is both used and brand new, they receive new merchandise all of the time, and the payments are not bad at all (My husband and I pay 16.92 a week for a 49" 4K UHDTV that is brand new). The service is pretty good and after 10 or more payments made on time, they actually work with you if you have to have an extension.

They are constantly changing management staff and then any special requests or instructions or arrangement that you may have in place for your account gets messed up and then they wanna charge late fees for no reason or your account is messed up all together and then they wanna say you owe more than you actually do.
