I want to write about Alexis manager . He has done really great job and helped me a lot . I totally recommend to deal with at&t . They always have good plans and workers . I’m very glad that I don’t deal with t-mobile anymore .

ABRAHAM IS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE!!! They were all really nice and helpful but tbh the manager wasn’t as helpful he kept saying that my situation was confusing and at one point he walked away in the middle of talking to me, after telling me once again that he was confused about what I needed. I mean overall good situation but that’s why I took off one star. I was at the store for over an hour with Abraham helping me out so I really appreciate it. Hes only been there a month I believe but he deserves a promotion!!! Thank again!!! 😁👍📲

I had a rep here tell me that insurance was mandatory to add it to my account and if I wanted to cancel it I have to call on my own while the manager was there looking at him. What kind of workers lie to customers and its really the manager that told his reps to say that lie

The store rep would not call customer service to find out the past due amount so I had to pay the whole bill. He was very lazy and no other store has ever had a problem. I was the ONLY customer there too. Just lazy dissatisfying service. I won't return. I believe his name was Jonathan.

Alex, helped me with phone issues that I couldn’t seem to solve. He graciously helped set me up with a JBL speaker & Air Pods. Extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile in service! Outstanding Representative!

Terrible experience with AT&T services at this store. I purchased a new cellphone but then trying to call them directly, they didn't respond with anyone locally, they only forwarded me to a call center. The call center representative said she couldn't help us with our cellphone, then she said "I'll raise you up to someone who can help you over the phone." She put us on hold, we went through the voice prompts, then when someone came on the line (from a call center out-of-state) and tried to verify the Social Security #, they don't even have the correct Social Security # in their database! Terrible! And we have a relatively inexpensive cellphone plan, but if we try to create a NEW PLAN, they tried to charge us roughly FIVE TIMES THE PRICE! I give this AT&T store ONLY ONE of five stars review. Really bad, really bad.

Only 1 person working here. No iPhone to see. Some missing placards for prices. All in all if I were not already an ATT customer I would not have become one. 2 stars because the tech was busy helping someone and sounded like she was doing a good job.

Great Service. Walked in and was greeting by Nancy. Explained to her my situation with Verizon Wireless. (High Payments and even higher payments if we finance phones) Long story short, I pay less and walked out with more. More coverage. no blackout area. and i walked away with a new phone. I recommend you make the switch if you are currently with Verizon
