This bank will always hold a spot in my heart. In the past I got a car loan and was charged some astronomical amount in interest. I was working at Disney at the time. This staff member helped me refinance after only 3 months of catching on that I was getting ripped off. The worker at the branch was So amazing, kind hearted lowered my interest rate 16 percent. WOW! Made alittle over minimum wage back then, had no established credit and she worked her magic. ALWAYS just put me on a regular car loan where a fair amount was going to principal and some to interest but not off the charts in interest like the other place. I highly recommend this bank!! If there were branches in my state I would deposit majority of money here. They treat their customers really well!

If i wanted to call Florida (get put on hold & get run through recordings & prompts, only to talk to poor clueless slobs who hardly have a clue) then i wouldn't live & work in anaheim. But that's the price of running institutions on a shoestring budget nowadays. Sorry, but if a company only has 3 or 4 people that know what's going on, & their initiative & skills are effectively hamstringed, you go from DEFCU to 'partners'.
