This is by far the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to! They used to be better but have gotten so bad that I'm changing to somewhere else. The clerks are usually nice but the pharmacist is very rude! She is horrible to deal with! If my prescription are due on a Friday, she'll wait until Friday to order the medicine. And of course, they done get deliveries over the weekend. I absolutely hate going here. The drive through is closed most of the time now and over half the time they don't answer the phone. One day I called 15 times and could never get an answer. I had to drive there to talk to anyone. My best advice is find a different pharmacy! Everyone I know that had them as their pharmacy has either changed or is changing to another pharmacy!!! The store isn't bad and I like the little ice cream area. The clerks are helpful but prices are high!!! Just go somewhere else if possible!!

They had one shopping basket which was in use. I asked for help finding things. There were so few employees, they had to search to find one. They had low stock on the shelf. I bought all 3 items on one purchase that they had on the shelf. I wanted 3 items on another, wanted 3 but they only had 2. Asked for a 3rd item, showed the Rite Aid photo of the item. They did not have and would not special order for me.

I've been going to this right age forever literally 10 years I go there mostly for my medication at the pharmacy I've been going to these pharmacies because of the one guy named Gerald the guy that's worked there for years that works on the Pharmacy he makes it feel like it's my place he remembers me every time he says Hi so does the other pharmacist there they are really kind I have been to other CVS as that hate me for no reason Maybe because they judge me for what I get these people here don't judge nothing they say Hi how are you they make sure you get what you're supposed to get they ask if you need help I love this place I'll go here a million more times.... I'm sorry his name might be Gerard He's been here forever Probably 27 years old they

A little confusing shopping experience. Two main counters but only one cashier. If you want something from the other counter, you either have to find an associate or wait for the line to go down. Sometimes the security guard will help you.

If you plan on getting a covid test done here be prepared to be waiting 5+ days for your results. It is not ride aids fault but the company that does the testing is awful, they don’t answer any customer support emails or calls. I’ve had to go to different locations to get a different covid test done. Just a warning if you plan on getting a test done.

I can't believe all the negative reviews from people on maps app. They all must be seriously ill and in need of medical attention. My own experiences have only been helpful and beneficial. Had a outrageously expensive prescription that would have been hard to afford if wasn't for the pharmacist who went out of his way to find me a better deal. Thank you, again.

Poor services all the way around. Definitely not customer friendly I went to pharmacy to get my prescription for starters I was not addressed properly I said I’m here to pick up prescription the pharmacist said uh yea okay and nothing else like it’s his job to ask my info so that he can look up my prescription smh which I had to tell him and he’s like oh yeah right then after giving my info he looked me up and said he didn’t see anything under my date or birth nor name so I told him emergency sent it a prescription I had to call emergency and they told me they sent the prescription and that the pharmacist needed to check his messages so obviously the pharmacist is not doing his job now what if this was a pretty serious prescription and my life was depending on it I would be dead because this person isn’t doing his job properly and obviously doesn’t care smh we really need better caring people in these work places !! Get to it together I really do not recommend going here at all !

They never ever answer the phone. Refills are slow to be refilled called after 2 days. I was told 30 minutes it would be ready after 2 days your just now filling it? Sorry I woke you up!! Sure glad it wasn’t a life or death medication.

This pharmacy is the worst. I just had back fusion surgery two days ago. I bring my Percocet proscription to them. The head pharmacist named Caroline said well u have methadone. I only get so much methadone a very low dose. Which will not touch this pain I am feeling. So my advice find a different pharmacy.
