Then i go back the next day and they were just going to check me out without the pharmacist giving the me the dang consult. I said, i better get that consult. Oh and that was my 3rd trip. Now i am back for a 4th trip in 1 week because they still didnt have all of my sons meds when i was here on Sunday. 5 days post hospital care. Meds my 6'3" 88 lb son needs to eat! TERRIBLE THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE SCRIPT AND WHEN THEY FINALLY DO I CANT PICK IT UP BECAUSE ITS NEW. THE PHARMACIST IS AT LUNCH. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DECLINE. WE WERE TAUGHT ABOUT IT IN THE HOSPITAL.

Don't know much about the store itself, but DON'T get your COVID testing done here. It's been over 10 days now since my mom and I tested here and still no results. No response from the email supposed to use to complain and no other way of complaining. COVID testing results this late pretty much defeats the purpose.

I love this Rite Aid and the Pharmacists and Techs are the best I've used in my 65 years. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. I've been going here for 20 years and won't go anywhere else.

The staff scheduled tonight was rude and unwilling to help. When asked why they wouldn’t serve thriftys ice cream the staff there said, “first of all we close it at 7 second off..” Does not make sense why they would close it earlier than the store, at any other rite aid the thriftys is open alongside the store hours.

Worst pharmacy ever, save yourself some time and anger to fill your prescriptions. Had my prescription for a week and a half because out of stock medication. I call this morning and said it was ready when I get here and wait I the line just to be told they don't have the medication and to go to another pharmacy and since they can't transfer my prescription I have to call the drs office to get a new one sent to a different pharmacy that most definitely won't be a rite aid one

This pharmacy on Lone Tree Way is terrible. The pharmacist Marwan I believe his name is, lies about your prescription being too early to pick up and if you ask him to just count the days on the calendar, he says "sorry the system won't allow it". I stated I would file a complaint with the state pharmaceutical board and he said to gi ahead so okay. Apparently it's a power trip with narcotics and him and certain people with a particular phenotype.

With all the pharmacies doing the vaccines and Covid tests. Those of us who get prescriptions filled at these locations are suffering the consequences of their vaccine responsibilities. Every time my doc tries to submit a new script or to refill my ongoing medications. Inevitably the medication is out of stock and needs to be ordered.

The Pharmacist at this rite aid store 11/13/2021 at 5:30pm was really rude when I asked for my mom’s new medication side effects. He just told me just to read what is in the paper receipts. I was really disappointed! I’ve been a long time customer on this Pharmacy and I guess it’s time to switch to another Pharmacy.

If I could give this pharmacy 0* I would. They constantly are out of things and all other Rite Aid pharmacies have told me that because I'm a regular they should have it available for me, they know I'll be coming and are supposed to have it put aside, they don't. Also they like to tell me it hasn't been enough time to get the new prescription when if you count the days on a calendar it clearly has and I have texts from them stating that when they received the electronic prescription it was too early with the date they would fill it and on that day multiple times they tell me no you have to wait. They have some type of power trip going on and enjoy basically telling people to screw off cause there is nothing you can do. Horrible service and people and let's not even get started on how dirty it is. Water damaged ceiling probably has black mold growing in there.
