I'm tired of playing games OK! Woe to you 7/11 on South & Norwalk Blvd...The owner is a mean nasty man who really doesn't care about the customers & he's hired a bunch of his mini-me's! I live 0.8 miles from there but I travel 3 miles away to the one on Artesia Blvd & Norwalk or Pioneer & Carson just to avoid the closet one😱🤔🤭🤫 The corporation has to know because it's THAT BAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME ONE GOES THERE 💋 EVERYBODY DESERVES AN APOLOGY FOR THAT LAME A$$ EXCUSE FOR A 7/11 ( which I love except that one!!!?? ) PERIOD.........🤣

I went there to buy a pack of cigarettes because the gas station across the street was closed. I walked in and went straight to the counter. The clerk was sitting down talking and laughing on the phone. So I waited...and waited...and waited..2 more customers came in, walked around, got what they needed and got in line behind me. I was standing there 12 minutes. Maybe 14 cuz I didn't look at the time right away and only started timing it when I felt like I was standing there too long already. He didn't stand up to help me at 12 minutes, I turned to walk out at 12 minutes and as I opened the door, he jumped up and was saying Wait ! Wait ! I said, I already did, and kept going. The next time, same thing. Gas station closed. (Extra mile). When I got there, a lady and that guy were yelling at each other but she drove off. I go inside and dude's already on the phone, sitting down again. I was looking for dog food. I couldn't find it so I walked up to the counter and stood there waiting to be acknowledged. Didn't happen. I walked out as other's were walking in so he didn't get the chance to yell wait again. I won't go back.

I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time. Tonight I stopped in on my way home from work to grab a snack and some lottery tickets. The cashier scanned the cookies, and I asked for a Lotto ticket. She rang them up and then went to print the ticket. She stood back by the Lotto machine for a while, I assumed the ticket was taking long to print. Finally she asked me if I wanted anything else, and I asked for a few scratchers. She then told me “I’m not helping you, you can talk to the manager” and only rang me up for the cookies and Lotto ticket and wouldn’t sell me the scratchers. So I just paid for the cookies and Lotto ticket and left. I have no idea what caused that reaction, but they have lost a regular customer…

Hi. Just a few moments ago, I went in to purchase a medium iced coffee, advertised on both app and an in-store sign for 79¢. They wanted to charge me full price. I called out the cashier about the sign. She STILL wanted to charge me full price. If the cashier computer wasn't ringing up the correct price, guess what employee, charge me a large gulp for 79¢ for the iced coffee. You guys are beyond unprofessional, you're thieves.

Good morning, within the last three to six months the professionalism inside this business has gone down tremendously due to their rude behaviors at the counter, some false advertisements, and miscleaning or missed the cleaning of soda and coffee machines, from the quality of soda and coffee to the cleanliness of the parking lot... It's terrible business. -former 10-15 year customer, I now go elsewhere

Very nice staff here. I usually go to the one around the corner, but it has one rude employee that makes it kind of unappealing to go there.

ive been coming to this 711 for a very long time also i just moved here to the area 8 mounths ago and ever since then ive been going to this 7 eleven all the girls at this 7 eleven are lovely except for that skinny short dark skinned Hispanic lady she is very rude and does not know how to talk to people she gives people attitude and she talks to people like if there stupid and i do not respect that about her i watched her treat evryone like trash over and over and over and i just dont even reply to it or say anything about it cuz its the closest 7 11 eleven to my house and i dont want to go and further but after last night me and my little brother went there i wanted to buy some swishers and the lady assume that it was for him just because i was using my credit card cuz i dident have any cash and she had matically told us to go across the street to another store im sorry you cant be doing this and she didn't even know what i was doing she was just being rude and then disrespectful so you know after today i will still go to that 7 11 but if that skinny short Hispanic ladies there im going to talk to the other cashiers cuz shes the worst one of all

I completely disagree with the comments below... I've been coming here for some time already and I've came across this employee-Erick. He has such a good attitude, very respectful and great customer service. Very organized store too!
