What an operation! We fished a tournament out of Russos a few weeks ago and the system they have is outstanding. Golf cart shuttle to and from your truck, wide ramp, slips to keep your boat in overnight for only 20 bucks, restaurants within walking distance, camping, bathrooms and showers. I was blown away! The best part is the staff, Mr. Russo runs a tight ship and his employees no their jobs. His tractor driver is what makes that marina! She’s friendly, she can talk fish better then a lot of the guys I no, she can drive the hell out of a tractor, did I mention she’s beautiful, oh my god she is! Phenomenal job! Highly recommended!

Went camping with some friends over the fourth. The place was pretty full of tents and rv's. The area where the tents are have grass, so my friends really enjoyed it. All the camping spots have their own water spicket, power (30 amp, but in the office you can get an adapter for a 20$ deposit), picnic table(s), and timed lights. They opened up the bathrooms for everyone (usally locked) See in picture you pay 2 or 3 quarters for a shower. Water pressure was decent. They have lots of slips on the water for over night parking. I keep my boat here year round on the water in the summer because they close at 5. And dry during the winter. Lots of shade. Tent spots protected my the levee. In walking distance to Rusty Porthole...literally a 3 minute walk. The only thing I wish they had was a little corner store or just ice. They used to have one but it caught on fire a few years back. Vellero mini store about a mile drive for ice and whatever else you forget. I think their customer service is great. They get a little busy and it's run by the owners with a few employees. Always helpful and willing to answer all my questions.

I love this place, I've been going here since I was 16 years old. It hasn't changed much, although it seems to have mellowed out some. Beautiful sunsets and clean facilities good pricing for RV and tent camping with a great staff and boat launch. Bass tournaments on some weekends fill this place to capacity.

From registration, to the great work David did on my prop, was first class. The camp ground was clean, and others were respectful. 2021 WCBCOI was great as well. Thank you Russo's staff.

I use to use this launch often. BUT after dealing with the people in the launch shack.... NEVER AGAIN. They are outright rude and have NO IDEA how to speak to paying customers. Upper management needs to teach and review how their office staff interface with customers. The staff IS outright rude, uneducated and should be fired. I don't know where they found these people but they FAIL in EVERY facet of their job(s). Management should realize that customer relations are key to their success rate and people in their launch shack are (the first point of contact) representatives for the whole Russo Organization.

It's a really well kept boat launch marina, it has a nice picnic area under a big open barn, RV, an camping area with bbq's and a green grassy area. They also do some of the big fishing tournaments here. Very clean place. Been there for quite some time... And I forgot to mention that there is a bar and restaurant walking distance down the road. It's like maybe 65 yards away. Good food.

We live on the the island and have never been treated so badly before. The lady driving the golf cart that claimed to own Russo's told my husband we would have to pay twice the launch fee even though we never used the launch ramp. We had a paddle board and kayak and was in no way trying skip out on paying a fee but she never gave us a chance to even get the truck parked and unload the gear. We eat here and all over the island. We launch our boat, jet skis, paddle boards, and kayaks all over and have never been charged more than $5 or free if not launching. We will not support this business any longer! We have told all our friends family and everyone where we actually ate lunch. Disgusting! Says on website launch fee is $10. We were charged $24
