Worst customer service ever. I had a cast on my hand and no one bothered to help me with my clothes. I had to ask for help. No one checked to see if I needed other sizes when trying things on. I left. I didn’t buy a thing. Not even things I liked.

I came into this store location yesterday and I was honestly disgusted with the lack of help or attention you get from the girls that work here. I was barely greeted and while trying on tons of clothes, not one person checked to see if I was doing okay or if I needed anything else. Might I add that it was not busy at all! No excuse to not check on people or at least be kind. You definitely have your independence in this store to hang out forever without anyone checking on you! I felt like all of the staff was so blah and just not nice at all. When the staff isn’t welcoming, it kind of ruins the whole shopping experience. Luckily I had to also shop at Ulta (which was actually busy) and they were absolutely amazing! I will avoid this location as much as possible.

Even though streets of brentwood was packed, and there were lines to get into the store, Express was slow and I was able to take my time. They have their 50% off sale going on and I successfully found a gift for my mother, yay!

Never have larger sizes for us non-skinny guys!! Customer service is not the best...associates seem rude and unfriendly. When asked if I wanted a second pair of Jean's for 19.90, I stated they dont have the size. No offer of an alternative. Bad, bad service!!

This place is overpriced! Even with 50% its expensive & everything is made in China! No thanks! Old Navy here I come!

Love this store and the customer service that I receive from them keeps me coming back. Especially angelica's, very understanding as well as helpful. She takes time to show you what you think you'll like and let's you know the deals of the week.
