I have a membership for all 3 of my vehicles. And this carwash has gone extremely down hill I went in today to wash my mustang, and half of the car wash tunnel didn't even work nor did my mustang even get clean. This isn't the first time. And it seems like every single time I come here something is broken and messed up. I tried calling the store to see cancel my memberships and it just says no one is available and it hangs the phone up. I go on there website and it won't let me access my memberships at all. How only convenient that there is no way to cancel other than disputing and sending stop payment through the bank. Do not use this car wash. Nor sign up for there wash club.

*** 08/05/21. I got stuck and the roller kept pushing up and down then my car gets hit from behind at this point i put my car in drive drive out and now the truck that hit me is stuck. alarms and all no workers. i had to go get someone. We will see how quickly this place handles my claim from the rear end. ****Club membership should include cleaning stations but they are never out. they also did not pre wash so bugs on front of car. Vacuums are barely even working this place is aweful. cleaning stations inside Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I’ve been going to this location for seven years. While somethings have improved since an apparent change in management, some things have gone downhill. The young lady who was stationed at the entrance to the car wash yesterday need some additional training. Her communication about when to stop your vehicle and put it in neutral was terrible. The sign at the end of the wash telling you when to go hasn’t worked for about a month now. It doesn’t bother me any, but I’m certain that there’s a chance of an accident in the future if it hasn’t happened already.

Wanted a drive through car wash. The screen was setup to only give you a membership and they tell you afterwards. Now I have to cancel a membership I didn’t want in the first place. Car wash 2 years ago was half the price. Tried 2 vacuums that didn’t work. Not worth the hassle to get in and out of that terrible location.

This place has gone so badly downhill in the last few months. I’ve had the highest level membership for at least 2 years for both my husbands vehicle and mine. They did away with the bug prep but didn’t change the price. At this point, the young kids working don’t even bother to spray my windshield before scolding me in extremely close behind other vehicles. I pay $35 a month- for what? With another major car wash in Saginaw AND fuel city around the corner, there is zero excuse for service to absolutely suck here. My husband and I have agreed that if this doesn’t change within the next month we will be taking our memberships up the road where the reviews are wonderful and apparently they care a bit.

Had this membership for 4months now and for 3 mo this and 29 days only 3-4 vacuums work. They been promising to fix forever without solution. 1 vacuum for every 4 stalls and can only vacuum one side the have to turn around because won’t reach and the other side vacuum won’t work. Had an argument with manager and decided to cancel. Manager got fired and new guy convinced me to renew membership promising would fix but it has been 2 months again since… emails to corporate to cancel keep coming unanswered and keep being charged. Have to dispute with CC for charges… this place is a headache. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. Service: Vacuuming

2nd time in a week I used the Saginaw location. The first time I only did the $10 wash so I didn't expect any extra services. Today I got what used to be the $20 wash but is now $25 and STILL no extra services. The guy was on his phone did the normal motions. Normally they would have used the wand and washed off the front and the back. Then I was going to vacuum however, only 2 were working with a line for them to be used. Not that it matters to a big corporation you have lost a customer. Service: Vacuuming

The lone person working no longer even bothers to spray my car before it goes into the car wash, he just guides you onto the track and sulks back into the office. I’m 95% sure I’m not getting the “rain repel” on my windshield, most of the time my windshield doesn’t even get fully clean. I pay for the highest monthly membership ($35) and it just isn’t worth it. They also don’t keep the “clean” microfiber towels stocked throughout the day, so if you need one, better go early. Better customer service would help a lot. Doesn’t seem to be managed well. I used to receive amazing service from this place, including them rinsing my car before it went in. Now, they guide my car in and walk back into the store. The dirt is still stuck to my car causing me to go through twice. I guess I'm glad that I pay for unlimited washes but it would save me time having to only go through once. I'm guessing because of the worker shortage that we all have to deal with bad service and attitudes. 🤷♂️ It's cheaper to wash at home. Cancelling my service.

****BE AWARE FOR THIS CARE WASH!!!**** March 2, 2021 at 9:55 AM I went to zip car wash since it's near my office in Saginaw. I paid the highest amount to get my car wash done and went through the car wash tunnel. As I was approaching the tunnel a nice gentlemen scrub my windshield to remove the dirt from the vehicle. Mid pass through I heard a loud pop like the brush metal stick was either hitting my front or rear end. As the tunnel came to a stop I pulled over to the vacuum carport and notice the entire front part of my Black Tesla came apart. I immediately walk towards the office and notify the person on site, which his name was Matt. He came over and assist me and took pictures and file a report to his company. I waited for cooperate to call me and I never receive a call. I came by the location several times and got the run around. May 14, 2021 at 9:03 AM Finally one day there was a manager on site he helped me and stated that he will get this resolved. Many texts and phone called was made to this manager, months later nothing have been resolve. Now he stated that he's no longer with the company and refer me over to a regional manager name Nick. I've been calling Nick and he doesn't respond. August 26, 2021 I attempt to call again and left a message. He finally text me back stating that he's no longer with the company and that he will forward my message to Aaron Cruz. I don't know what type of business they're trying to run but this is getting ridiculous.
