Bought a 2 pack of LED bulbs for $10.00 got home to find only 1 bulb in the box. I took out back to be told i have to bring it back tomorrow. Does NO ONE have customer service anymore?? Granite, it was 10 o' clock, but i was not asking to come in. I only wanted (and NEEDED) THE BULBS TONIGHT! So when purchasing anything from dollar general, i would check your purchase before leaving to make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 What an inconvenience!

Went into the Dollar General by my house today and usually it’s pretty dirty but it’s Dollar General. Today however Roxy the cashier was sneezing and coughing all over everything not washing her hands and of course not wearing a mask. You can look at her face and see that she’s absolutely sick her color was off and you can tell she probably has a fever. she could barely walk and was sitting in a wheelchair until she has a customer. I get it she cant afford to stay home and while I’m all for people choosing to wear masks -this is a place of business and if you’re sick and can’t stay home at least cover your face or use a tissue! Wash your hands! Where is the management? 🤢

This place is a full on fire hazard and a hazard in itself. Boxes are stacked in almost every isle for months. One person can barley squeeze through at a time. I can't even let my grandmother who has been a resident of saginaw for 50 years shop there any more because it is dangerous. I understand there is a shortage in Staff but this is beyond ridiculous. Do better. Be better.

Been here 3 different times. Filthy , and cluttered!! Can't even walk down half the aisles due to all the stock on the floor. This place is a fire hazard!!

They did a recent remodel and I was super hopeful that it would make the store safer to get through. It is somehow even WORSE now. If there is ever an emergency in this building, you're dead because you can't even get down isles. If you have elderly family members who need to shop there I hope they have insurance because this place is so unsafe. I didn't even get a good image of the other 4 isle that were completely blocked with carts and bins. The manager refuses to help stock and according to an employee there are only 2 full time workers who can stock shelves but they also make them run the register with no help. I've spoken to the Manger just trying to be friendly and she is so rude for no reason.

If this was my store and I was responsible for any part of it I would be ashamed and embarrassed. Quit frankly I can not believe the company allows any store to be kept this way. The 2 employees I did see were not even doing anything other then talking. Get a work ethic and sense of pride and take ownership.

Pretty cluttered . Store clerks not very knowledgeable about the products in the store or their location Oh, I can understand why . Did have plenty of parking with other stores Within walking distance . Definitely not the cheapest Dollar General I've ever been in .

I found the items I needed plus a few more things! They had so much more in stock than everyone else during this time, The store wasn't cluttered like it use to be. It actually seemed to be organized, And the manager of the store is so friendly and helpful! I don't think he has been manager for this particular store for very long. I've seen him over the past few months almost every time I stop in and he has really done an excellent job with this store. It's enjoyable to visit now! A year ago I could not have honestly said that! I didn't catch his name but he is definitely an asset to the store and Dollar General is lucky to have him!

Although the renewed store is so wonderful now, the aisles are becoming just like they were..cluttered with carts full of products blocking every other aisle. The employees are scarce but the renovation are so awesome. Well lit and spread out where you can actually pass someone with out having to turn around or back out. But someone please tell me why it reaks of sewer sometimes. Often. Its horrible.
