We pulled up, he told us to follow him a quarter mile down the road where all the uhaul stuff was and we were in and out in under 2 minutes. The guy definitely did his job well I highly recommend this place.

HORRIBLE customer service. It was no point making a reservation for smooth transition and to save time. We had to wait for the “u-Haul guy” old man meet us on the shady looking property. The workers at the I guess you can call business we’re more interested with playing frisbee with the non leashed property dog. The front desk lady didn’t greet upon entry nor provide assistance and had an extremely lethargic disposition.

Whoever owns this location needs to be fired, some old man that does not know how to treat people. Went to his location which was super sketchy, his door was locked so we called him to rent a trailer. He told me to go to an even more sketchy location where he said he would be. We drove to the location (some smoke shop) and he was no where I sight. Walked around for a bit and finally found someone, walked up to him and asked if he owned the U-Haul company. His response was “well yeah I told you I’d be here”. I have LITERALLY never met this man in my entire life. Ended up not renting from him because he was a complete and total jerk to the both of us. Beware of this location.

We rented a uhaul in Arkansas to drive down to Texas. The uhaul in Arkansas apparently wrote the truck number wrong on the contract, but we didn’t discover this until a mysterious charge for $2,800 showed up on our credit card. We called several different customer service numbers but no one was able or willing to assist us. Finally we called this place, the locations were supposed to drop the truck off at. Even though we didn’t rent the truck from there, he was very kind and researched the problem to help us out! We dropped off the truck today and he was very friendly in helping us out. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

I reserved my U-Haul, extra materials and $28 insurance online for a "faster pick up." Was running late after dropping off my daughter and the store called and threatened to give it away. How, when I already reserved and paid for a 10hr rental? I showed up and he acted annoyed and was not friendly. He asked me all the same questions I had already answered on the online ordering system, which was definitely not a "fast pick up." He asked if I still needed a regular dolly and furniture covers. I told him I had already included the covers and an appliance dolly in my online order. He said he only had one left and it was reserved for someone who needed it the next morning. Um, not my problem, I already reserved one. He begrudgingly said he'd "let" me use it, but needed it back on time so the other customer could have it. Still not sure why their need was more important than mine, but whatever, no problem. Then he said I needed to have it back by 5pm because that's when they closed. Um, once again, no. The reservation gave me 10hrs, I'll return it when I'm done. He lied and said there was a full tank of gas, I told him there wasn't and he double checked and grumbled, "fine, just fill it back up to where it is." I returned it on FULL with all equipment I rented, and neatly reversed the 26' truck back to it's spot. I'm not a reviewer that only ever writes bad ones, but I'm always going to be honest. Unless I've been rude or disrespectful, I do not expect to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I don't recommend, and will not be returning.

We went here to get our uhaul. We had an appointment for 10am and when we got there we found out the guy left to go get his phone back at his house. So we waited inside of this old nasty dirty smelly shop. One of the workers there was watching Netflix with the sound on and doing needle point. I guess the guy was the only one who could do the check in?? When the guy finally showed up 20 mins later, he helped someone else that was outside before us. Then he was very rude to us. The truck was a POS and was puttering and smoking and the check engine light was on the entire time. Even the lock he gave us for the truck didn’t work. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had picking up a uhaul truck. I can’t believe uhaul would even let this place rent out their trucks. I’m going Penske from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took forever for them to finally answer my call, when they would answer the phone some lady wouldnt care about anything I had to say and sounded like she was some bratty teenager who couldn't care less . She would randomly hang out, put you on hold, and just be blatantly disrespectful AND THAT WAS ONLY THE 2 TIMES WE SPOKE TO HER BECAUSE SHE WOULDNT PICK UP THE PHONE!

This dealer was very friendly and honest said he had a new truck for me and had the moving pads in back of truck! The whole experience was fast and easy!!! I highly recommend this u-haul dealer because he did what he said he would do.

The owner of this place is the most dishonest person I have had to deal with. I had a reservation for a one way trailer rental to Oklahoma, when I showed up he said I can't let this trailer go to Oklahoma, it's an in town trailer only...so I proceed to call Uhaul Corporate and they inform me that it was the owner who "shot that down" I go back inside and tell him what the corporate office had said and he basically said they were liars...then he makes the statement that they work on commission and he can't have that trailer gone for 2 weeks until they get him another one. So moral of this story is the owner didn't want to be without the commission off this trailer and he was the one who lied about it being an in town rental only. Will NEVER darken their doorway ever again...such blatant dishonesty by a grown ass person doing business.
