We pulled up, he told us to follow him a quarter mile down the road where all the uhaul stuff was and we were in and out in under 2 minutes. The guy definitely did his job well I highly recommend this place. ~Nick

They did a recent remodel and I was super hopeful that it would make the store safer to get through. It is somehow even WORSE now. If there is ever an emergency in this building, you're dead because you can't even get down isles. If you have elderly family members who need to shop there I hope they have insurance because this place is so unsafe. I didn't even get a good image of the other 4 isle that were completely blocked with carts and bins. The manager refuses to help stock and according to an employee there are only 2 full time workers who can stock shelves but they also make them run the register with no help. I've spoken to the Manger just trying to be friendly and she is so rude for no reason. ~Lindsi

The lone person working no longer even bothers to spray my car before it goes into the car wash, he just guides you onto the track and sulks back into the office. I’m 95% sure I’m not getting the “rain repel” on my windshield, most of the time my windshield doesn’t even get fully clean. I pay for the highest monthly membership ($35) and it just isn’t worth it. They also don’t keep the “clean” microfiber towels stocked throughout the day, so if you need one, better go early. Better customer service would help a lot. Doesn’t seem to be managed well. I love this store. My fiance has known the owner for a few years now and their great people. Recently we haven't seen him or his wife and there are 3 new people working there. The 2 men are great and answered our questions. But, the girl who was waiting on us looked miserable didn't say a word even after I said thank you to her. She is just moping around behind the counter. ~Macie
