Worst agency ever; confirmed reservation by email and phone call. I show up to pick up the car and sure enough they don’t have a vehicle and pretend to charge extra Ect. One again this enterprise agent is the worst!

They are always friendly and respectful. Rented 3 times in the last 2 months there. I will be back next week for another vehicle. Never thought I would like a minivan, but theirs are awesome.

Excellent service!!! They took my rental car to the Bodyshop, the girl who took the car was super friendly and professional, and then I just had to leave the car at the body shop. Awesome !!! Then they called me to find out if everything had been to my liking and they put themselves under orders. So… What is expected of a good service. Thank you very much !!!

I give this place a star to be able to write my comment, but they don't deserve even one, two months ago my insurer rented me a car because I had to leave my car in a bodyshop for 11 days, the insurer paid the rent every day my car and enterprise charged me 500 dollars to my card without letting me know, I also spoke 3 times with the manager and with a mocking face they told me that they had refunded my card, to this day I do not see the money back I see it as a lack of respect and a robbery to the costumer, I have the name and surname of each person who attended me and gave me their word that the refund had been made, I never rented a car in a place where they are scammers for me I hope this reaches someone to discuss my situation, good luck

Very smooth operation. The car was delivered on time, it was clean, no issues. Same thing with the return--just go in, have it checked, sign off, and move on. Very pleasant personnel.

I had a Geico budget of $35 to pick up a replacement car while the bodyshop is fixing mine. The Enterprise agent tried to charge me an extra $5 per day saying that it is for taxes. After some back and forth I was able to get the car at the price of my budget but it was not a good experience. I was expecting to get a car on the previous coordinated budget.

The car was too big for my needs, although i requested a pickup truck. I did not like the idea of having th gas tank 2/3 full as it is difficult to return it the same, and will be in unfairly in the interest of enterprise. I had requested the tank full and was told it was not the policy of enterprise.

Once again, I have had the best experience with this establishment. The employees were super friendly for their good treatment and service. They helped me with my requests since I had to change the date and time due to circumstances beyond our control. The supervisor who answered our call demonstrated her professionalism and leadership in seeking a solution to our concern. Therefore, without a doubt, we consider Enterprise the best car rental company.
