Renting at this specific Enterpirse is a bad idea. The customer service is terrible or non existing. I made a payment for a sum of tolls that the Enterprise clerk added to a monthly premium instead of taking it as a separate payment . This was a long time ago and now they send me to collections for this which I paid but they say they can't find it, I don't live in Florida anymore or I would come in and point this out to the specific woman who took my payment and should remember. It was an issue every month when I would come to the store to rewrite my contract and they would find the payment or else I couldn't take the car. One year later im in collections and living in another state. Very inconvenient. The employees here are miserable and I regret renting at this location.

Yesterday I went there for an exchange because my car rental was not working well, they told me because my car was rented in Fort Myers and they have to send the car to a Volvo dealer they can no receive my car. Today I went again to the same office and another agent told me that she only works for Miami Dade County and she didn’t know how to make exchanges for another City To be continued…….

Great service, very professional and quick out the door. The experience of processing the rental and driving out with the vehicle was excellent. I highly recommend this location and that Mercedes for her wonderful Customer Service as well as the follow up call by Aaron, the Manager.

If you're going to get a rental from this place, be ready to wait at least 2 hours, even with only 2 customers in the room. I waited for an extra hour because they were washing the car but it was the worst washing I have ever seen. People aren't efficient at this location.

Good morning, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! They will have you waiting for two hours just for a vehicle. I have never received such bad customer service. We came for a swap and had to Uber to another location. After being told to come to this location because it was closer. I have a 4 hour drive still thank you enterprise. My heart goes out to the full lobby still waiting since 8:15 am.

I always rent or get my loaner cars from this location.They are always very helpful and friendly. I have never had any single issues. They are always busy because they give very good customer service. I will definitely be back some time for another rental.

I called the morning to return my rental and was told they were too busy so return it in the afternoon. After adjusting my schedule I called again to ensure they would be able to take me back home which was a mile away. I was then told by “Obi” they drop customers off as a courtesy but would be not be able to provide me that courtesy. There goes my individual and corporate Acct business. They have poor customer service at this this location. Just avoid the issues and rent from another company or location

I wouldn’t go to any other rental place other than this enterprise because of the staff, Mercedes, Chris, Aaron, Paola are a few who have assisted me and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are extremely busy but they know how to manage the over flow of customers with professionalism, respect, and they strive to make the customer happy. They have done just that each and every time I’ve rented a vehicle. Not to mention the vehicles are extremely clean and they will accommodate your request as best as they can. They are the best in town!
