Oh my Goodness this 7 11 is the last of the best ever... they have all the original quality coffee in their original pots. I can believe the kindness of the owner I didn't get her name ,but I would come visit her for it just being fun...

I had an opportunity to meet the GM over the store. She was very kind, and nice to speak with, also very professional. Overall, the store is okay. Some of the female reps need better customer service skills.

The lady working the counter at 10/19/21 was very rude and snobby. She also had her face mask down below her chin. This is unprofessional. Avoid this 7-Eleven.

A Guy was walking around with no mask and the 2 ladies working said nothing to him and they didn't have masks on properly and were on their personal phones but some guy walks in with his shirt over his face and they told him he needs to get out and called him a "unruly customer" and were very rude to him

It's okay. Typical 711 store. What makes the difference are the employees. There is an employee that's been working there by the name of Jessica. She is outstanding! Very helpful all the time courteous and respectful. As well as the guy who works there but the supervisor that works there who talks and walks like a dude gots to go. 3 times has my son walkes out of there with a lot if items in his hand because she didnt want to give him a bag cause he paid with EBT and my son didn't have any change. When one pays with EBT there is no 10 cent charge. Its not about the price of the bag but the action that is taken by this "supervisor". When I got off the car to go talk to her she walked away and went behind their storage room or whatever's in the back without giving me or my son any other explanation. My son also went one morning to buy one of those cold sausage muffin things right but walked out embarrassed cause she told him that EBT doesn't pay for hot foods which this item isn't a hot food but her argument was that it is cause then he's gonna want to use the microwave..? Wth???...THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE THERE FOR?! TO HEAT UP COLD FOOD OR ANY FOOD ITEM THAT INE WISHES TO HEAT UP! I'm nervous to go back there cause of her unpredictable behavior that I wouldn't want myself snapping at her then she calls the cops and its a no win situation. But someone needs to get it through her about wth EBT is not just for us but for others who she might be prejudice against those who pay with EBT. They should also make her take a per test. Just saying.

I have always been going to that place to buy money orders because it is very convenient for me to go to that place. This morning I tried to buy two money orders and the lady told me she could not sell me any because I was spending more than $500 and she sent me to nix check cashing. Bad service.
