I stopped by there on my way home back to the Monterey area. There were two cashiers , one older male and a young female. I purchased some lotto and scratchers from the older make. I had 2 folded $20 bills in my hand. When he told me what I owed he snatched the money out of my hand and handed me my change. When I told him I had $60 in my hand he denied it and stated it was only $40, He showed me the receipt that I had only given him $40, but again I told him I had $60 and that he snatched the money out of my hands he ignored me. I tried calling this 7-Eleven and what a convince that the phone is out of order. BEWARE EVERYONE THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I will will the Coos for them to look into it.

Coffee tastes like water even with sugar and cream. "No bathrooms" since COVID--inconsistent. Not very convenient. Change was $.31, no penny. I don't want this to be typical but wow. However, Amazon Locker works.

The guys who work here are great. Really friendly and funny. The store is always very clean, even the Slurpee area on hot days when everyone wants a Slurpee.

They definitely try to charge for things not on the counter. I was taking my kid home and the homeless guy that rides a bmx was taking a deuce in the parking lot in broad daylight.

this guy double charged me for my coffee treated me like a criminal and it was the manager of all people! he claimed to look at the cameras and never did!! I never get angry but this put me over the edge.

Always trying to charge me for things I don’t pay for. They have the pos covered with their vape flavors so you can’t see what they’re charging you. Plus most of the time they won’t say how much it is either and just expect you to put your card in. I wish it could be an accident but for many years this has been going on

This store has been attempting to steal from me. More than once, they scan and have me pay for items I didn't purchase. When I ask for the receipt, they get annoyed. When I point out the issue, they pretend like it's an accident. When I pay with cash, they try to give me the wrong amount of change and, when I correct them, they get annoyed. It happens every time WITHOUT FAIL. Please, Check your receipts, people.

This place smells like a curry flavored egg-fart. It's seriously nasty. The good news is that you wont be there long because it's a 7-11. The bad news is that the funk is so thick that you'll want to go home and take a shower and wash your clothes.
