Really nice customer service. Unfortunately they don’t have access to sell plain T-mobile SIM cards. Clean store and friendly.

Worst customer service representative ever. Told a 70 year old woman she would call the police on her while I was there. For no reason. She yelled across the store at me as I was checking out a phone to put a mask on . Bye you lost 3 customers today to Cricket.

Everyone at this location is very friendly and can answer all of my questions when I need help. They also have a good selection of phones and great deals on accessories!!

Other then paying abill here it's usless. They charge you a 10$ fee for most tasks. And really they know nothing about metropcs since its actually a one stop wireless store.
