So disappointed I love Dunkin' over Starbucks due to them having better coffee (my personal opinion). This particular visit I ordered on the app because I was in a rush. I was greeted at the drive-thru told the person my name and proceeded to pull forward. At the window they had the whole order wrong, not only that but they gave me the wrong coffee so I had to double back and this time entered the store to tell them about the mistake they fixed it but I was late to my appointment and on top of that they charged me twice which will now take 14 business days to return. So dissatisfied.

The workers here always have a bad personality, the guy tossed my donut bag at me, made my coffee and didn't let me know it was ready when I was waiting while being seated, and it tasted nasty so disappointed on spending my money there.

Definitely not the Starbucks Experience. Nobody says anything when you walk in, and you have to ask someone to pay attention to you if you want to order with a live person—they just expect you to use to digital order kiosk I guess. Once when I did drive thru, while she was taking my money and handing me my drink, she was talking on her phone with her boyfriend on speakerphone. Always super clean here though.

The food is usually great, but the customer service quality is hit or miss (most cashiers at this location have bad attitudes, like they don’t care at all and don’t want to work there, and few have good attitudes). Today my bagel was burnt and had very little cream cheese on it (usually the bagel is pleasantly soft and there’s plenty of cream cheese). The medium original hot cappuccino and the hash browns were good though. On Saturday 8/20/2022, whoever was on shift around 6:23am at drive-thru was especially rude to me. I asked for a cup holder and she said “We don’t have those, you only have one drink”. So I got my food and went inside and sure enough they had cup holders. I hope this location does something about the rude employees.

I ordered 5 donuts. It looked like they literally threw them into a bag. They were all mashed together and the toppings were rubbed off. Nobody has any pride in their work anymore.

I've given this place so many chances to redeem itself. But I always end up disappointed. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, and I got a sandwich alright 😆 But not what I was expecting. Here's what I ordered and what I got 🤦♂️

Sandwiches are not super, coffee is ok, donuts are ok too. I used the drive through, and received the worst customer service ever by Alexis. She sounded annoyed since the beginning at the speaker. When I got to the window, I said Sorry can I add one more Sandwich, she just made eye contact, took an annoyed deep breath, placed her hand on her waist pull back (body language of "what tf customer you are) and said what Sandwich moving her head. After seeing her attitude I said "I am sorry and asked her name because I like to address people by their name, she got offended too. She handed me the wrong coffee, so we switched, she handed me the food, I said thanks Alexis, she asked for my name and after I told her my name she closed the window abruptly. I went to DD because my daughter wanted that place, there is no many locations around here, so I drove like 8 miles just to have a extremely bad experience. Clarification: the lady in the picture is not Alexis who needs to be retrained or she needs to look for a different job.

First time at this location and honestly, first time in a long time at Dunkin Donuts lol I love the design inside and it’s very spacious and organized. Everyone was very nice and the donuts were bomb. We had the kinda vegan or vegetarian breakfast sandwich and honestly...the bread was twice the size of the patty. Like, the patty was okay, but not amazing. I kinda wish they would have added a second parry or something for the price. Also, I’m pretty sure it’s regular cheese that they put on it and I was sad it wasn’t fully vegan...like...have at least one vegan option and diversify a little lol Other than that, this place is great!

Grand opening. Got 2 donuts and frozen chocolate. The donuts were 1.19 and small frozen chocolate was 3.29. I got the Bavarian Creme and it was good. Light and airy. The Creme could use more flavoring. I wanted a Boston Creme but the employee checked and said they were out. While waiting for the chocolate drink a full tray of Boston Creme were brought out...damn! I thought the frozen chocolate tasted like watered down chocolate drink. My daughter liked it though. There was a small line and wait..they did just open. Senior discount 5%
