Shady business and does not care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service and work ethic I've seen in a long time. I ordered a couple pizzas and was waiting way to long because normally they come out quick. When I looked by the oven the pizzas were smoking and completely black. They completely burnt both of them because they were not paying attention and seemed like they were all high. The supposed manager on duty was no help and had very horrible customer service skills. And when they noticed that the pizzas were burnt, they all ran in the back and couldn't be found for a couple minutes. Maybe because they were embarrassed or maybe they were so high they didn't know what to do. They came back eventually after I was awkwardly waiting several minutes and remade the pizzas but one of them were also burnt. And they didn't care to help us or make another one for us or offer a refund. Jonathan Michael and Marcus where the ones in the store and they were extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping or solving the issue, they continued to argue and say I'm wrong and that they can't make another one or offer a refund. I left the burnt inedible pizza on the counter and they threw it away. So I’m out of my money and a pizza. Even though I paid for it. Their receipt machine also didn't work so they didn't give me a receipt. They said they don’t have straws or lids for the cups. Kitchen area was filthy. Also it says cash only on the door but when I used my card it worked perfectly fine. Just an overall shady and unprofessional experience. Never in a million years would I think a professional establishment like this would treat their customers so horribly and steal from them.

Strange staff!!! walk in no one in line ready to order no one acknowledged me standing there for ten minute young lady just stare at me and the young man never look up to busy making crust even though I said hello this place was such I nice spot when it first open staff was very attentive and polite ask for barbecue pizza he look at me like I was crazy had to instruct hin on how to make .

We ordered online and it was said the pizza was gonna be ready by 12:15 we did get there a little before but there was only 2 people behind the counter. They were have having a problem.with the dough but its 12:45 and still waitin . when we asked for a free drink for the wait the GIRL. Behind the counter gave attitude and said it wasnt their fault and that we were early. We come here alot and order online now im going to question coming here. Why are there inly 2 workers on a weekend rush. Wheres the owner in these situations or the manager? Shouldnt they be here to fill in?

Hate to leave a negative review and don't get me wrong the food is great. But yesterday I went brought my family and we walked in to a pretty young staff that have obviously not been trained on customer service or is this or pretty much anything. We walked in and they didn't even acknowledge us and they were standing right in front of us doing to go orders for 10 minutes. Not even hello not even welcome we will be right with you nothing they acted like we were invisible. After waiting I finally said hello and they said we will be with you when we are done. I wanted to walk out right then but my kids really wanted to eat so so we waited they took our order they didn't put the Buffalo sauce on my daughter's pizza and we went back and asked and they said we are making other pizzas please wait. Keep in mind there is nobody else in there. We waited for 5 minutes I went back and said just give me the sauce I'll put it on myself. Then we watched them continuously just ignore people that were standing in there waiting and I don't think I will ever return to this place obviously these younger people don't have any idea or not have been properly trained about customer service.

It’s always nice to see the underwear of the worker making your pizza. Specially when you have funny stuff to read while you wait. This guys underwear read “I FEEL YOU” with hundred bananas covered on them. Well IDK about others, but I came to see pizzas, not bananas. Good luck pieology!!! My favorite spot just changed locations.food was all mixed up, sauces had other food in it. Gross!

If you're in the Riverside area know you can order your pizza online and it will be ready for pickup. Employees at Pieology are very friendly and nice and they greet you with a smile.

Ok sooo in love with this So I can customize my own pizza unlimited toppings!! And it’s buy 1 get 1 free every Tuesday!!! I always get Cauliflower crust, with red sauce, mozzarella, herb butter, pineapples, corn, sun dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, basils, garlic, mushrooms, yellow peppers, parsley, chicken, spinach. Great food, and also consider it FIT FOOD for someone with Pizza craving but don't want to die at the GYM next day, this is a great option just don't go crazy with the crust and you should be fine.

Awesome. Pizza had a new level of awesomeness Oh thank you so much for good possibly the best pizza I had eaten to date Thursday August 23 2018 Such great hospitality from staff that I had went back and dropped a $10 tip into the jar when no one was looking. Thanks to staff for not kicking us out even tho we didn't realize it was past the closing time. Awesome expierence ever keep up good work
