I enjoyed my visit. Javier was INCREDIBLE. He & his colleague made my shopping trip a fun experience. The store does not carry allot of "wide" width options, thus, my 3yr-hiatus. However, Javier's personality & smile was well worth the trip. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Went to return a couple of flip flops I had got from the Greenville store 2 wks prior, and the associate acted very skeptical, like I had worn them (I had my receipt, tags were on and never even took them out of the bag when I got home!) and processed my return in slow motion. I waited in line behind 2 people, got up to the counter, she looks at the shoes like they were from another planet instead of from another store. As she's asking me a couple of questions, another customer walks in and just starts talking to her about she an exchange she wants to do without a receipt, but claimed she paid $30 for the shoes but she wanted an equal exchange anyway. The lady helping me takes her shoes, totally dismissing the fact that she was just processing my return, stops to ask her a couple of questions about her exchange, and then gets back to dealing with me. It was awful. Nobody wants to be treated like that. She should've told her to wait in line, like I had to do and like everyone does, and then she'd help her. I'm giving the 2 stars for the 2 male associates that were nice and helpful on my last 2 visits. This 3rd visit sealed the deal for me. I won't be returning to that Shoe Dept in Washington, ever.

Ran in looking for something specific. Wasn't able to find it, and two associates were talking about their schedules, what they are doing before work tomorrow, etc....no offer to help in the 10 minutes we spent there. I'll go elsewhere where the employees are helpful.

Love it love the employees I've met so far especially the young lady with glasses and shoulder length hair she makes you want to buy because she has a genuine personality

Good great selection not cheap have to hit sales buy off season etc. Best shoe place in town though.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Some sizes weren't available and we had to go to Greenville just to see they had the same thing going on. Not their fault but I had to travel to another location. 4 stars.
