Ordered via UberEATS so temperature wasn't perfect but I won't blame the restaurant entirely for that. Having said that, it was still delicious. Got th S.O.B. and Half and Half. I'll have my oven preheated the next time I order to revive the fries but overall, I loved it. BL will replace our previous go to of Shake Shack since the Century City location is incapable of getting online orders right!

Staff is always friendly and the food is always good. Order online and it’s ready in less than 10 minutes for pickup. I can’t get enlightened of their fries but you gotta eat them whole they’re hot.

During ordering, the cashier was not smart enough to answer a question about the generic fountain drinks with no brand name. I asked her if "lemon lime" was a regular drink or if it was a soda because I could have gone for a lemonade thing but didn't want a carbonated drink. She got an attitude and lost my business. Didn't even try the food because of her attitude. I just walked out.

I ordered from Marina Del Rey and they just told me when I arrived that there system was down and the order went to Culver City. I then sit down and call culver. No answer and then get ignored for another 5 minutes then get told that she has to call and cancel but I have to wait until an entire line of people get there’s orders in to get my order. Bad service, bad business.

I've been here a few years ago and want impressed but recently their burgers seem tastier and their customer service is excellent. I feel bad because I planned an order thru a mobile app but cancelled it accidently. I went down to the lounge to see if I correct it but they had already disposed of that order. Despite this the staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. They took my order and the wait began. The staff checked up on me often and offered me some water during my wait. The burgers came quickly as did my shakes. The extra shake was even placed in a little cup for me to take home when out didn't all fit in the regular cup. The burgers were juicy and had a nice crisp crust on the edges that I love! Out was filling and totally opposite of my experience from a few years ago. I would definitely recommend this place for a juicy burger with friendly and attentive staff! I went to Burger Lounge this week and was so dissappointed with the owner. After ordering lunch for my wife and i, I have attempted to pay $30 with my card but their card slot did not work. Decline is the message we got. We tried a diff card and same thing. Owner came and tried his own card but also was declined. I was told the are restarted their system as it is still new. After about 30 to 45 min. Their system did not work and customers ended leaving upset. My food was ready and the least the owner could of compd the food i ordered for me being loyal and waited so their system could work again. i did not have any cash on me and my 1 year old who was with me with cranky. I ended up leaving Burger lounge without the food i ordered after 45 min because the owner refused to comp. That is MARKETING. Its not my fault that your system did not work. Ordered the BL Ancient Grain Burger, Plant-based Flora Lounge Burger, and half Onion Rings-Half fries. The onion rings were crispy and fries were okay. 🍟 The burger was disappointingly cold! 🍔 😒 I have two stars because I appreciate the plant-based options but they should take more time to ensure that the burgers are nice and warm!

Friendly Helpful Staff. Very clean and sanitary Dining Area and Restrooms. Both Indoor & Outdoor Dining Available. Located in Downtown Culver City Post Office Area. Always have great tasting food and great customer service. The burgers are cooked medium well. If you want the burger to be cooked well done you have to let the cashier know ahead of time.
