Excellent service from the friendly staff. Went their with important documents and the staff helped to pick the right box and also helped to pack it up. They were patient in explaining the different shipping options with the shipping cost before finalizing the shipping option. It was quick service, appreciate the support from the staff at this UPS store!

Don't use their service. The owner tried to steal every penny from you. Charge 1 medium size box to store in their store for 25 dollars per day. Increase the price by double between the morning call and afternoon call. Threatened me to send the boxes back if we don't accept the price. Definitely report to UPS. I called UPS and the official price is 7.99 for storage at a UPS location. Update: Mentality of this UPS store’s owner is that, I could threat you because you didn’t call and confirm with us before. How can people know that they need to call before shipping their stuff? Thinking about money with poorest service, nothing else.

Rude staff. I visited this store to inquire about my drop off package. The staff didn’t even look at me, just rudely directed me to read one of many countless notices they have posted around the store. Next time I will visit the Fedex store, staff there is always welcoming.

Want someone to help you tighten the package? $5 (oh yeah because their taps are “costly”). Buy tap to tighten the package yourself? $6. So bring your own tap and print the label first (there is a FedEx nearby with only $0.1 printing), so you can minimize the possibility to get unfairly charged. Of course, don’t come to this store if you have other options.

We visited the UPS store almost a few minutes before the close of business to ship couple of packages. We were sending such packages for the first time with UPS and the associate, Ms. Erica Steen and her colleague, Ms. Shahnaaz Kaur were extremely helpful in guiding us through the process with cheerful attitude. We are thankful to them for providing an efficient service and pleasant experience. Keep up the good work. Will definitely look forward to visiting this location again for our shipping needs.

Based on my experience up to 2 years ago, I'm not surprised by the (low) 2 star average rating. My biggest problem stemmed from their refusal to give receipts for my shipments. For that reason, I had stopped coming here because there were 3 other ups stores close by that never argued about handing out receipts. 2 weeks ago, i wanted to ship a package and this was the only store opened at 9:00 (all others opened at 10:00). Bracing myself for having to plead or beg for my receipt, I was surprised because the employee offered me a receipt with a smile. When I told her I had to "fight" for my receipts in the past, she told me they now had a new owner. So, if you have avoided going to this store like I did, give it another try. By the way, I went back a 2nd time this week. Again, it was a very pleasant experience and there was no hassle at all.

I had to drop off 2 Amazon packages for return here- one of them had the option to take the item as is without packing, the other one had to be packed before and a label printed and attached. Due to COVID, I didn't have an easy access to a printer so I thought I'll just take it to the store and they might help in printing out a label for this to return to Amazon. There was a young lady who just refused to print the label and said it would cost $2 to print it! The same item had an option to do a UPS pickup for free which seemed more work for UPS than just printing a label and sticking it on the already packed box. Guess the reviews of this store are accurate, the staff is not helpful.
