They wanted $30 to let me use their RV dump station for my van’s 10 gallon holding tank. For that price, the least they could do is sashay out and do it for me.

Quick and easy spot for RV dump. Right off the freeway and plenty of space to turn around a large RV/coach. $20 fee to get the key.

RV dump $20, there is a hose for cleaning your dump hoses, but we could not flush our tanks since it had no threads to attach to our flush valve or another hose. You go inside to pay and use their key to open the key lock. Over all it was all functional.

Covid-19 disaster area. Absolutely no customers wearing masks and no employees wearing masks. Unlike any other mini Mart, cups for the fountain sodas are in the dispenser and well touched by everyone. On the very day that the president of the United States came down with covid-19, I stumbled onto this deathtrap.

Called to learn what the process of dumping was and where and the owner kept hanging up on me. I’m so curious as to know why he won’t share the price or help a customer out.

If I could give negative points, I would. It would be a -5. With my job as a driver I fill up at this station two or three times a week. Averaging $80 on the fill up. Normally in the evenings on my way back to Sacramento from the bay. The day after Christmas I stopped in on my way out to the Bay. Getting my fill up and went inside asking to use the restroom and get ice for my cup. I was told you need to buy something. I said I'm buying $80 worth of gas. You need to buy from the store. Wouldn't let me use the restroom or get ice. I told him he's going to lose and $80 every other day customer. He said I don't give a f**k! At that point I let him have it. Worst customer service ever. He flat-out said I don't care if I lose a customer. WOW!!! just WOW!!!! All I can hope for now is he loses enough business where he goes out of business.

Owner won't give RV dump price on phone. What are you hiding? Hangs up. Is rude.

Pretty misleading. I called before we drove our RV towing our car coming from San Francisco and needing a dump station. Asked the worker (Indian descent) if there was a dump fee he said no then hung up on me. Get there and it's $15, way above any fee we've ever paid. I'm thinking he pocketed that knowing I asked to begin with. Greedy & Rude at the least. I will mark this location as a NO STOP on our travels this way and am warning others.
