Old lady at the counter needs some customer service training. Just because you work there or even owned the place doesn't mean you're always right. Be nice to people. Treat other people with kindness as you would like them to show towards you.

Customer service is trash. Cashier thought another customer was going to steal even though he already bought two items, with a $100 bill, no less. Prepare to be racially profiled by the "colonized" cashier, if you're black.

I generally like this location for the friendly staff, but for the past two days the man working early morning has been very unfriendly and doesn't seem to understand personal hygiene. He smells so bad that the entire store stinks like death.

Car wash is broken. The guy in front of me had black oil all over his car after. When I got my turn, the dryer didn’t work. We both went in for a refund and the cashier said it was working fine and wouldn’t give us a refund. He gets one star for offering us paper towels

Such a great stop! Not your typical Mini Mart! Many healthy food choices. Oh and the bathrooms are 5 star hotel quality!

I like coming to this Shell for a quick car wash when I'm in the Dublin area. It's conveniently located right off the 580 and easy to navigate in and out of, even during peak hours. I can't say it's the best of car washes but it certainly gets the job done when you're short on time.

This car wash is horrible didn't even touch half my car...... they want me to talk to manager in the AM but like most of us I work full time. I won't be back
