Went online to find omnicron booster shot CVS shows that they have it on the 8th of September go all through filling out all the information f o r two people it took approximately 30 minutes to fill out to get appointment Drive 15 minutes to store the clerk did the paperwork only to get to the point that the pharmacist comes over after 15 to 20 minutes and informed us they do not have the omnicron booster shot even though their website says they do the clerk had already filled out the cards even though she did not know that they did not have it which created problems when I went to another Pharmacy because they did not delete the information another Pharmacy cannot process our request even though they did work it out after considerable time cannot say how disappointed I am that they cannot do something that seems so simple on the face of it and that corporate falls on its face by not providing the booster and the clerk not knowing that they did not have it and wasted further time

Honestly I am pretty happy with this CVS. If I need my medication sooner they have been very understanding and always rush my order.

Went there on Tuesday Night for my 2nd dose, I was 10 mins late and the woman told me it just expired, there's no more available, plz come back tomorrow the same time, they got my contact infos, then the next day they told me no appointments in their system!Totally waste of time! Will never go back again! You will be the first person I visited if I died from covid‼️

The people worked at Pharmacy very busy and they was not nice. If you asked a lot questions about the medicine. It was a messy and not clean at pharmacy. I wasn’t happy about that.

Michelle Wong is a Pharmacist at CVS. If you have been prescribed controlled substances, Michelle Wong will scrutinize you and treat you like a drug addict. That's right.. if you are in pain or other issues, she will take it upon herself to dig through your records and decide when SHE feels comfortable dispensing a prescription. In my case, I've dropped off my scripts a day or two in advance of running out. Sometimes I don't even pick up until I'm out out or past the 30 days. In this case, I wanted to pick up a day early due to work. I was told yesterday I could pick up today instead of when I work instead of two days from now when I'll be out. Still within CVS' 2 day policy. I got a call from Michelle, who refused to give her last name, saying she's reviewed my prescription history and refuses to fill any sooner than when I am completely out. Most people drop off scripts before they're completely out. She failed to look at the actual pick up days. I went in to get my script from this snooty and judgmental Pharmacist to take my business elsewhere. I also kindly wanted her last name and state licence number which is to be clearly posted since she is a state regulated and licensed Pharmacist. She loudly, in front of customers, stated that I was told not to come to their pharmacy any more. I was never told such thing. Refusing to give her licensing information is unlawful. Not having her state license posted where she is practicing is unlawful. All CVS has is a picture with first and last name at the pharmacy. Per CVS, she can bypass their 2 day policy and and make her own clinical judgement if she wants to fill a script or not. She does act like a God.. she is a condescending individual. Shame on CVS for allowing such a medical professional to treat their customers like garbage and insinuate that their customers are drug addicts... and immaturely LIE and humiliate a customer in front of others, falsely saying I was asked not to come back. She will be reported to the Pharmacy Board.
