Came in with my friend so she could return an item back to Amazon we did not like the service that we received from the clerk it was a uncomfortable one when it comes to customers those skills come first no matter what we go through we have to leave all of our problems at home and not bring it to work 🤔

Do not send items through this store! I sent a phone through them a few months ago and am now finding out that someone from this store stole it, and sealed up the box. Find another store even if it means a longer drive.

Horrible customer service since I arrived, both front desk employees were very rude and unaccommodating. My box had a small opening and they did not want to tape up my box. Instead I had to go back to my car to tape up the box since both attendants refused to let me borrow their tape (I have never had this issue at other UPS stores). I even offered to purchase insurance for my package since the girl helping me kept on making remarks such as, "I am not responsible for your package" and "I can't guarantee that it will arrive on time". Also, from my tracking number I saw that my shipment wasn't shipped until May 5 and I went in on May 4. If you can avoid going to this UPS store, please do.

This store switched my package that was sold to Stockx. They decide to keep the expensive hoodie I was shipping to Stockx and put some New Era hats in it instead. I paid a fee for a failed verification on Stockx and cannot get the hoodie back because someone in the store stole it. Very sneaky people working in the store. SUPER UPSET AND WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO DO BUSINESS IN THIS STORE!!!

Melissa was very helpful with a newer shipping method, she was very kind and courteous even though I was stressed with attitude. Also saw her being helpful and kind to other customers and it was a fast transaction as well. Recommend this location. Thank you

Only complaint is that they should stay open a bit longer. Other than that these guys are nothing but professionals. Organized and we'll mannered. Even when they have a line going out the door they still find a way to walk the line and prepare for you when you get to the counter. I've only used them for Amazon returns and I can tell you it's all been painless.

Returned an Amazon package here. Granted I didn't pack in a cardboard box. Amazon refuses to help me. UPS refuses to help because Amazon won't help. I am out $150. What did I return an apple watch in its original packaging. I'm led to believe two things. UPS really lost it or someone here decided to steal of the package.

Friendlier than any other UPS store in the San Gabriel Valley. Staff is nice and the general/store manager seemed to be on top of his staff. I go out of my way to drop off packages here to avoid the crummy customer service of my local stores.

I’m from out of town visiting my parents and helping them ship a family heirloom chair back across the country. I knew I couldn’t trust the important job of packing and shipping to just anyone so I researched on yelp and google and found that this location had the best reviews of all of the nearby UPS stores. I spoke first on the phone with Jocelyn who impressed me with how friendly and knowledgeable she was on how to proceed. I knew it was worth the half hour drive to get here when the owner greeted me with a smile and promptly gave my package full attention including making a custom box. This is a wonderful full-service establishment with plenty of parking and truly top notch customer service. If I lived here I surely would not go anywhere else!
