My last car was totaled and I have been in the market for a new car. I’ve always had Subarus so I felt like I was cheating on them by going to Volkswagen, but I really love the little golf hatchbacks and I had been considering one. I found one online at this dealership and came in to test drive it…3 hours later I walked out with the keys! Haha Everyone from the sales person, Angelica, who was not pushy AT ALL. Kindest, most calm salesperson I’ve ever met, to Frank in finance were amazing. Frank really made the experience so pleasant. It’s never easy to talk about money and after being on hold with my bank for like 10 minutes, he was Very understanding and offered me a fair deal which in the long run will actually help my credit. I’m Very hesitant adding on warranties and extras but he was logical and offered a convincing argument for why some things are important, and I feel more at peace with my car knowing I’m protected. Overall, easy experience and I don’t feel robbed or taken advantage of which is awesome when buying a new car and spending big $$$

We bought a Volkswagen Taos at Mossy Volkswagen this week with the great help of Dominic Rippo (Sales) and Frank Parto (Finance). The process was smooth and easy. Since we are non US citizens, we thought the process of buying a car in the US would be very difficult, but with the help (and patience) of Dominic and Frank, it was very easy. I am VW owner for life—it’s just my “thing”. Because of this, it has become that much more important to make sure I am getting my vehicles from a full service dealer that truly knows and understand the workmanship behind VW’s vehicles. I have purchased (2) vehicles now from Mossy— the first when I was pregnant and 2 days from delivering multiples; the babies are almost 3 now and we just came back a week ago to get our ID.4. Both times I was absolutely miserable coming in, the first time feeling 75 weeks pregnant and the second time chasing around screaming toddlers around the dealership. The team was amazing both times, making my experience smooth, seamless, and even brought toys for my kids to play with. Frank in Financing also hooked it up with killer service packages. He remembered my family and brought us this package that will minimize my stress as a mother to young kids. Lol. It’s difficult to get the kind of end-to-end service I have received from Mossy. Highly recommend Mossy to all families!

Brenden was awesome and attentive. Down to earth salesman. Frank in financing was wonderful. Great personality that will bring laughs and lightness to the car buying process. Wow! I drove from Mira Mesa because they had the car I wanted. I scheduled an appt to test drive the car & I instantly loved it & my sales person. The most interesting part was when I got to finance, Frank was so funny & not too pushy when I told him I don’t have extra money to put down for the add ons. He didn’t annoy me like I’ve been annoyed in the past with dealerships. I love my little golf.

l don't recommend this seller ,they are not reliable. 1.5 years ago l bought car from them, after two weeks it had a major issue , (1 years old car ), and it took them three weeks to fix it. They sold us a finishing touch paint/interior service also but we can't use it, seller told us we can use whenever we want, now other person says it's only a one time deal, and we called the Mossy wolswagen to learn what we have a right to, they only say we will call you back but nobody called me back of course. Stay far way from them ...

I rarely ever write reviews, especially after I’ve bought a car, but I just purchased a certified pre-owned Volkswagen Jetta R-Line from Mossy Volkswagen and it was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had of any used or new car I’ve ever purchased anywhere else in the past. JJ in sales, Frank in finance and Travis in service we’re all super professional and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. I drove away feeling like I just bought a brand new car. I will definitely go back the next time I’m in the market for a new car and will recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
