Bad experience. Like Scary movie bad. This place smells terrible . Carpet is disgusting in the whole store...... The Layout is Atrocious. Bring back Thriftys drug store it was clean and didnt gross you out.....

The pharmacist was very rude over the phone after a simple question regarding my prescription and hung up on me when I asked why she was using such a poor tone… It’s a customer service job, you’re dealing with people who need help and getting paid to do so. BE KIND or stay home, simple as that.

Make sure not to get there too close to closing because they close even earlier than what is posted. I was there at 4:59pm Saturday on the dot & was told they were closed. The guy at the register even had an attitude about it. Didn’t want to have to change my prescription pick up store so they could have my business, but after that I would rather get it delivered.

When I tried to have my prescriptions transferred from my home CVS in Maine to the Felton CA CVS, although the pharmacy tech was friendly, she insisted she was “unable to find” my prescriptions under my profile which is in the CVS database. My profile was found. Luckily when I called the CVS in Scotts Valley they miraculously “found” my prescriptions right away and gladly transferred them.

The man pharmacist is soooo rude! It must be a cvs requirement!? Cause it happens at all of them. They don’t try to help u at all and then make u jump through all these extra holes just to get your Prescribed Medications . Take a good look at all these reviews and think twice before going to cvs pharmacy. If I could give negative stars trust me I would!

I work at a doctors office, and I called in a prescription for a patient this morning, and I have NEVER dealt with anyone so rude on the phone before. Regardless of how many calls you have, how busy you are (which it was 9 in the morning on a Friday, I highly doubt he was slammed). I've been on the phone with people who work with insurance and all they do all day is deal with people on the phone, and I have NEVER talked to anyone half as rude as this guy was. That was ridiculous.

Worst pharmacist EVER! Causes more stress and problems than necessary. Had mutliple bad experiences before I learned.... Go to Rite Aid!

My wallet must have fallen out of my pocket after I paid for my item at CVS. As I went down the street and realized my wallet was missing, I went quickly back to this CVS. I was told (I think by an Asst. Mgr. or similar) that yes, someone had turned my wallet in (grateful for that) but a man standing nearby said it was his. So this employee handed him the wallet!! I said did you check the ID that the picture was of a girl?! He responded by saying no, their company policy is to not open wallets. That is ridiculous. Essentially the store/company policy enabled a complete stranger to steal my wallet.

Pharmacist rejected a prescription I normally pay cash for and told my dr to use a different pharmacy. Called CBS asked for the store manager and was transferred to a shift manager who couldn't help me.......

Overpriced! Prob price gouging. They charge you almost 20 for a small thing of vit c when even target is cheaper & at Walmart you can get same bottle for under $10!! I’m going to report this store & never shop at cvs again.
