Stephen and Ashley were both very thorough, helpful and extremely professional. They handled our move in effortlessly. We appreciate the support. He may come off as standoffish at first but once you understand his personality is just very professional and he is trying to be helpful, you’ll understand why. He will attempt to save you money, he will support you if it’s a rainy day (in our case) and do what’s most convenient for you. He is very prompt when returning your phone calls and never leaves you feeling unsupported. We will continue to use this location for our needs. Thank you.

Stephen was great! We were having some issues with the app and Stephen knew exactly how to help us! He always has a smile and genuinely happy! Exceptional customer service! My only complaint would be I wish they would add some convex safety mirrors so you could see around the blind corners.

The lady working the front desk was super friendly and excellent at explaining my new contract. She then showed me how to use the gate and informed me of the office hours. Most definitely great customer service, unlike other storage units I've done business at. Most definitely recommend, their rates are affordable.

Very pleased with the service and staff. Stephen was incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful. He answered any and all questions we had. He went out of his way to show us where our storage was, how to use the lock, and even made sure our gate code worked. Will definitely recommend this facility to our friends and family!

Great place to have your own extra-space! Never had any issue with theft or natural disasters. It is encouraged you leave before 10pm, other than that, staff is friendly and helpful with your rental space needs! For the best rate, talk to Mr Steve at the foothill location. Tell Will sent you for a high five 🙌🏽 Have a wonderful day and be safe out there! Now go rent that space, think it no further!!

We signed up online with the website. Then we got a text explaining how we could access our unit on move in day. The manager, Stephen called to make sure we understood the process and let us know he would be there to help us get set up. When we arrived, we were able to find our unit which had our name tag on the front and a key inside for us to lock it up. Everything went smoothly, and we stopped by to say hello to the manager who was very nice. Overall a good experience so far.
