No plus size! the lady was pretty rude about it when I asked where was the plus size section. she said we don’t have that here!!! Looks at me up and down. Very rude! Discrimination 100%

Hands down my fav store Ever!!... the attendants are always nice and I love LOVE the fashion and styles they bring into the stores...I am FOREVER 21 and I bet you!!!

Clothing, prices and all is amazing, specially when fitting rooms are open. My only bad experience was when I got the credit card rewards 🙃 worst mistake, after being approved I decided to pay the whole thing not to worry about it later, then I got my balance and had to pay for it all over again, I had all the receipts and everything the store excuse themselves since they were just the middle man, and the credit lines couldn't do much about it so WATCH IT !

I love this forever 21 they always have good stuff way better than the ones in the mall. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE YOUNG LADY NAMED ISABLE so helpful ! The staff is amazing here 10/10

I love it it's a great place, although they need to put those girls through some secret shopper training cuz they are not incognito!! it was really uncomfortable how they kept following me around while I'm shopping with my son I did not appreciate that!

Big store!!! Lots to see and buy. Sales all the time!! Friendly staff. Must go if ur looking for plus sizes. Lots of cute dresses, outfits for summer!!!

The men’s section is tiny and overpriced. There’s no men’s clearance / no men’s items on clearance. On top of it all, the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked my husband for his ID when he tried to use his credit card (which I’ve personally never seen happen nor had it happen to me at any store, especially F21). She seemed annoyed when she saw that his ID matched the name on his credit card. I won’t be visiting again.

It's ok, selection of clothes is alright. They have the plus size section in the back left corner. I just hate it when the plus size is hidden... I love the SB center one way better bigger section and way more selection! The service was good though, better than the SB one.
