Had a great experience with Vishnu. Came in to get a new phone. We were promptly seen and was able to get my new iPhone 14, transfer my contents from my old phone, and out the door within 30 minutes. Definitely will be coming back here if I ever need another phone in the future.

My wife went to switch over from an old galaxy to an Apple phone she had gotten elsewhere. Cristian & Bryon couldn't be more helpful along with the manager Vish (sp ?). They were well worth the trip from Hackettstown a pleasure to visit. No nonsense, no hard selling just top notch service. We'll certainly be back for our next phone upgrade. Thank you ! 😊

John is the best!! My mom, sister and I had a great experience working with John this past week. He is very patient, professional and knows what he is doing. While going to the Verizon store is typically a pain, this experience was stress free and quick. I would highly recommend going to this location because of the staff!!

I brought a broken iPhone to Vishnu and he was EXTREMELY patient my entire visit and very helpful with getting me a new phone. My visit exceeded an hour because of the damage on my phone and Vishnu didn’t give up even though I knew it was extremely frustrating, He didn’t show any frustration. Overall very happy with the customer service at this location.

Jonathan was extremely helpful. I was reluctant to give up my iphone 7 because of the perfect size but I was out of storage and the battery dis not last a full day anymore. However, Jonathan recommended the 13 which is just slightly larger. We also discussed my usage on my prior plan and he suggested the perfect unlimited plan for my needs. Great experience all around!!

Saral was extremely helpful and patient. We originally had issues activating a new phone and with time he was able to get everything figured out. He also gave me an offer for the extra accessories at a lower price due to the little hang up we had. In addition, the other two workers came over to resolve our problem. All awesome and sweet guys there and they did a great job. Thank you all for helping me :))
