Site says they close at 10 but not true they always close earlier. I came at 8:25 and they said they were closed. Came here another day and their donuts were stale, they also had 5 people working behind the counter weren't busy and it took 10+ minutes to help the line of people and acknowledge the people. Twice they got my order wrong but I didn't have time to tell them to fix since I had work.

Just called to order an ice cream cake and told it would take 48 hours. I told them that I could order it on their website and have it done in 24 hours and they told me it wouldn't be done even if I order it online. Ordered it from another Baskin Robbins and no problem. This location is horribly managed

Ice cream good. Service bad and slow. For a Sunday late afternoon. The guy seemed to be high. I had to repeat myself multiple times. He didn't not provide spoon or napkins had to ask him 2 times.

My partner and I arrived 15 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked. The employees inside shrugged at us. I've worked in the service industry for years -- closing time is closing time. Cleaning up in advance is one thing, but giving customers the middle finger behind closed doors is another. We wanted ice cream. We didn't get any. Bad location.

This store is the only ice-cream store who charges sales tax and very bad service. Any thing your asked, they just said " we don't provide this service" even reject to wrote "Happy Birthday" and don't provide spoon. I never seen this kind service and where's these extra sales tax goes? Ice Cream should not have sales tax in California, that's law.

It's been ages since I can remember going to get iced cream on my own. So, I really didn't know what to get. I felt overwhelmed at the options. Part of me was wondering why my taste buds even drew me here because I'm not a big desert kind of guy but the server helping me was smiley and bubbly so her friendly attitude made me feel at ease to sputter out an explanation as to why I was indulging in this decadent dessert. I decided to make my own with her help and it came out great.

For ice cream, this is a good location. Usually busy, connected to a Dunkin Donuts as well, but the service is good, the ice cream is good, and it's convenient since it's close by to me. But I go more than I should because of that. Get a sundae or milk shake, and don't forget to visit on the 31st of each month for cheap single scoops. Yum.

Worst experience ever, the outside of the cake started to rapidly melt after 10-15 minutes in room temperature while the ice cream was hard as a rock. The happy birthday letters were almost on top of each other, letters was just too big for the space. All Malcolm the store manager said it was the first time this happened. The cake was for the owner of the company I work for. So embarrassed, most didn't even have cake..
