This Frazier park post office is a joke first off they are so unorganized they put my mail in another person box and sometimes they don’t give me all my packages I have to go back in there for them to look again

I use this post office almost daily to mail items out. I find the atmosphere to be pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient. I have lived in the area for many years and have never had a bad experience with this post office or the employees.

They seem confused and are confusing me I get a paper in my box there is a insured pice of mail I have to sign for I give them the paper and am told it was already picked up ? I didn't sign anything for a pice of mail. Ups #1 FedEx #2 for delivery in my area.... USPS Doesn't deliver packages in Frazier park.. .

For this post office to still be operational is beyond me. Not only are they disorganized and lazy, but they will give you every excuse in the book on why they can't deliver. If their vehicle isn't able to make it up a drive way then they should use the two legs they walk on. The post office should know the area they serve and need to make accommodations to deliver packages. It is their job to deliver packages and even mail. At this point I should use the address of the post office as my shipping address, since im always picking up packages there on a weekly basis.

The only thing I can say good about the post office in Frazier Park is that the employees there are nice and try hard. Everything else about the post office in Frazier Park and their policies make everything very difficult!!!

They have their moments but overall pretty happy with the staff. Some of them even take the time to address you by first name when you visit, a nice touch. Plenty of parking and locals get your own PO box not by choice. TIP: Remember when addressing your mail if not using your exact PO box address include your box number in your normal street address then your full physical address will work as well.

Reading all previous reviews, it is true they could be better organized with the packages and improve (not all of them) the customer service with better communication skills and better attitude. But overall they offer a very good service, even better than UPS or FedEx, I trust USPS 100%, the other postal services have delivered my stuff to the wrong address. Honestly I don't understand why at a national level they are loosing money. Regarding the building I wish that they can put bark on the planters, paint walls, etc.

In was skeptical using this post office to receive packages because of some of these reviews. So, ups would occasionally deliver my neighbors packages to my addie which made me rethink that method and since I don’t know if all my neighbors would deliver it if it was left to them the Post office was my safer choice and I have been receiving packages often and the time I didn’t, was because of our mistake in using incorrect ship To address. There is ways of making sure your packages will be delivered to post office without hassle. I received an insert in my PO Box with information on how to edit the ship to address for the shipper who doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes. I’m sure I wasn’t only one that received one. So, I want to say that I appreciate Jody and everyone there helping us get our packages in or out without worry.

I never had issues at this post office. The staff is indeed hit or miss (although I've mainly had positive encounters), and sometimes a quick visit can take longer than you'd like. The hours are limited during the week. They are also open on Saturdays 11-12pm for package pick-ups only, no other services offered at that time.

This is the absolute worst post office in California. They "lose" Amazon Prime packages daily. I'm sure one of the post office employees have a lot of nice things that others paid for. I renewed my box a month ago went in yesterday and not one piece of mail. My employer has been calling me about why my paychecks are getting returned. I have an active investigation opened against them by our representative. Horrible attitudes, rude clerks and just stupid people.
