Systemic discrimination policy at this store ——— Worst experience at a taco bell by the manager Olivia. After placing the mobile order when I arrived at restaurant, first no one was coming to talk to me. When the manager was passing by, I asked her to verify if my order was being prepared and if I can get the cup for the soda I ordered. She grunted and walked away to the cooking line. When my order was ready, I asked for some hot and mild sauces. She “threw” some in the bag. When I asked for more, her response was “no more”. When I go to any restaurant, I expect a decent service. I definitely don’t expect a lousy one, especially from the manager. The owners need to do something about the friendliness of their employees. —-update I wrote the above review immediately after the incident. Only later on I realized that the employee was not upset at me because of anything, she was just because of my skin (Indian). A white woman before me was given so many sauce packets, she actually had to stop them and tell them to give less. After I was done eating, walking to the soda fountain for a refill, I saw at a table where a white couple was sitting and just left. To my surprise, they had at least 20 hot sauces left over after their meal. When I came home and told my family, I got similar story from my son and wife who went to this same Taco Bell about a week earlier. They had ask for more sauces 2-3 times because they would only give them few sauces at a time. It appears as though you must be non-Indian to get proper service and more sauces at this store.

I totally "get" the people who love this fast food franchise -- I used to be one of them. No longer -- the food at this location in particular is simply not fit for human consumption. I dont know who chooses to put this in their body but it must be someone who has no taste buds, or perhaps has never had the opportunity to eat the food Taco Bell used to serve (like in the 90s or before). Avoid the burrito supreme -- meat paste, nothing other than cheese. Not sure why this is called a supreme -- it was horrid, and not worth any amount of money.

Used to be my favorite tb spot but lately the past 6 orders they have been missing items up or they've forgotten to put sauce in the bag. I was a 4x a week visitor but ill take a month off and come back later to see if theyve tried to improve at all

Crew were acting busy and didn't even pretend to see us. Even when we were saying excuse me trying to get attention they won't even turn to get our order or to tell us where to place our order. Luckily another customer came in and pointed to us the automated order booth. We could have walk out but we didn't have other place coz most restaurants are closed at 9pm.

Unlike most restaurants around Fremont, they very rarely get your order wrong. They are quick and the place is clean. A pleasure to frequent.

The service is good. We came here tomeat cheese potatoes 🥔 and chicken chalupa. There are my two perfect dishes. They made very well.
