At this BK (Sunnyvale, CA) they do an excellent of preparing the food. Dine in is great because all the tables are clean and the interior is in good shape. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I saw smiles!

One of the cleaner burger kings I've been to. Dining area is modernized and tidy. Workers are friendly. Soda machine is the modern touch screen style.

Still having trouble with the app but the lady at the counter pulled a coupon out and hooked me up, end up being a dallor less than the coupon on my phone, super friendly and professional. The food was great too being fast food.

really disappointed with the mozzarella sticks.they were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. would not recommend ordering mozzarella sticks from them in the evening. Parking: ample parking

Great food. Especially the Southwest Whoppers. Service is okay but not exceptional. I had to ask for BBQ sauce.

Possibly the only good burger king in the whole bay area, order your food well done to make sure it's hot. My only concern is the fountain drinks machine isn't up to standard,might be time to clean the lines out

Horrible customer service by one specific older female. I was here at 2pm on Thursday July 7th. I went in to pick up an order placed as drive through pickup. The line was wrapped around the building so I went in to grab it. She was refusing me my order saying she can only give it if I’m in drive through. I tried to read her name tag but she quickly took it off after she continued to belittle me. This is the only BK near me for 15 miles but Next time I’ll travel the distance for better service. No reason why she has to sit there and try to argue. I even said I would go wait in line if it was an issue and she just laughed. Walked away when asking her a question. Sent my sister in to grab straws since she refused to give me any. And she would give her any either. She had to reach over the counter to even access it. She needs to be fired. The men there were absolutely nice and took over with sincerity.

Commercials say 5.00 for a burger and chicken fries The restaurant says 6.00 False advertising?? Food was Luke warm at best Now I remember why I haven't eaten there in years. Way too expensive for very low quality 😕

I was not happy that my once a quarter, Whopper was ice cold, along with my fries. Complained to corporate and heard nothing back from corporate or local. Guess they don't mind not meeting minimum food safety standards. They are there for a reason. Luckily no one got sick.
