I went at 1am just to grab a bag of chips and a drink, when getting there I see two of the clerks outside talking. As the two workers see me approaching, they go inside to lock the doors and head to the back of the store. This place is suppose to be open 24/7, all I have to say is thanks for wasting my time and not to come here because they don't want to work!

Instead of scanning each item one by one like any other place ever, this guy looks at each item and types in the computer whatever he wants.. I got one strawberry milk he put on the receipt that there was 4 total and deducted two for some reason… for a bag of pretzels he rang up two separate times 3 individual bags minus one for a total of 4 bags of pretzels. When I asked what he was doing he said oh I subtracted 3$ no I mean why does it say there is a quantity of 6. And 30$ total for all items pictured. He wouldn’t listen then proceeded to cuss at me and be rude. Looking at the receipt I’m pretty sure he put the wrong items in to charge more.

This specific 7-11 on Brea Blvd has such a bad reputation that I was actually warned by a friend to check my receipts for fraudulent transactions. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! Make sure the items listed are what you purchased. The cashier is a bold thief. Last night, I was in a hurry to grab a couple items and didn't take the time to inspect my receipt very well. I was charged for items that I did not buy.

This store has been closed in the mornings this week , why?? also employees are very Rude, not a pleasant store to visit.. coffee is always cold , i have never had a hot cup of coffee at this place.. this store should be torn down and perhaps another store built, like a Circle K or something...

No public restroom. I think all 7-11s or any convenience spots should have a public restroom, otherwise, you’re not that convenient. Just sayin’
