Got my latest Covid booster at this CVS. Sam the Pharmacist is always AWESOME. I had an appointment and got in, got on, and got out. Perfect appointment. Got the flu shot also at the same time. Highly recommend.

The hours on the cvs website, on google maps, and on their phone line are wrong. They close at 10.

The website indicates that the store closes at 12 AM. I arrived at the store at 9:57 PM (I was in the parking lot by 9:55) and was informed that the store closes at 10:00 PM, but their doors were already locked and they refused to allow me to get one item. I needed Tylenol for a newborn infant. I feel that if the store purportedly closes at10 PM - the store should close it’s doors at 10 - not 9:55. Also, they need to correct the website to reflect the actual closing time. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Stated their passport photo camera was not working so they were unable to help me but did recommend I go to walgreens across the street which was successful. This was my third CVS stop for a passport photo so I was not pleased. Different reasons at all of them.

Unprofessional, taciturn and thoroughly unhelpful. This is why went I with Walgreens years ago a lack of service standards-- surly employees and amateurish if not completely disorganized system. I went to pick up a scrip that BOTH a CVS Text and Voice message informed me was ready. When I arrived I was informed by the 'associate pharmacist' that it was not available and wouldn't be for over a week-- they shrugged as if that was OK--the norm., etc. When I replied sternly that that didn't work for me obviously, without a word they turned and got a superior to attend to me who sighed, rolled his eyes and waddled over to the cash register with an attitude. Granted, by now I had one too. Apparently the associate needed more training and while they clicked away on the terminal, the 'Pharmacist' prattled on about the CVS system etc. and when he finally decided to acknowledge me I was informed the medication I have been taking for almost 10 years required prior authorization. I asked from whom and he replied my insurance company. I informed them that they were in error and I'd already confirmed with insurance and that the issue was with CVS. They were adamant and completely flip about how poorly all this was being handled. I asked how much the meds were and they said I could buy them now without insurance for TEN TIMES the price. Just another Tuesday for this clown. This morning I called my insurance and they reiterated that CVS CAREMARK requires authorization, NOT them. My healthcare provider chose CVS NOT me --so now I'm stuck with these clowns who in the past have notified me of scrips being ready when they weren't, LOST Medications, even told me to come pick up meds via text and phone only for me to discover that they didn't carry the medication or were out. Get it together CVS.

I rarely post any rating on a company unless I've had a bad experience with them so in light of that I've decided to post this rating randomly. I've been using CVS for my entire life (even b4 it was CVS and was Long's) and I've had many more positive experiences than negative- my meds are almost always right and cheap and seldom have any sort of problem. The lady I work for gets her prescriptions across the street at Walgreen's and there seems to always be a problem- not ready yet (even though they say they are, enormously long wait times, and little help, where as CVS has more help than necessary

Covid-19 was in full force and in the isle to pick up prescriptions was an obviously sick employee hacking and coughing with a long beard stocking with a loose mask over the beard (great) with (no joke) spit running down the sides of the mask. NO THANK YOU. I understand that you make more money off of sick people than healthy people, but you should not try to make people sick! Further, I have been in numerous times and the pharmacy does not enforce THE LAW that says everyone must wear a mask, and often I find employees chatting with people not wearing masks who are their friends. Thanks anyways! i moved.

Not my favorite CVS. They try, but there needs to be some new life breathed into this drugstore to make it more appealing to shop in.

Always a problem. Never prompt and probably the absolute worst CVS pharmacy in the county. I'd recommend avoiding it like the plague unless you desire to be frustrated without medication upon leaving. Doesn't matter if you put the request in before you need the medicine, it won't be ready early or on time. If you really need it? No partial fill. I really can't emphasize how much I dislike this particular pharmacy. I've been using them for 2 years because they're close to home but there's gotta be a point when continued failure means that something just sucks.

I have been using CVS pharmacies for 5 years in four different states. This is the WORST pharmacy and store I have ever seen. The store looks like it is constantly going out of business with the vast number of things that need to be restocked on the shelves and the amount of dirt that is built-up. The staff are inattentive and lazy. I have been getting a prescription filled for 4 years at three different CVS pharmacies, but this one tells me that it is impossible to order. One of my other prescriptions they filled out, but lied to me about the time it would be ready. BOTTOM LINE- be like me and take your business elsewhere to a different CVS.
