Nice store but really? The locked down the isles in cages, you can buy a screwdriver without someone opening a cage.

Above and beyond expectations! They helped me fix my problem and had everything I needed. What really made them great: they didnt send me away with my problem, but kept looking untill they found someone who helped me to fix my problem. Man what can I say about Ace Hardware it's like the last standing man the last standing little big guy. Just big enough to stock pile a great deal of inventory so you have choices but just slow enough to be able to take the extra time and attention to give you personalized care. I'm thankful to John who helped me locate a sink faucet interior fitting. Just awesome service and knowledge

Granite Bay Ace Hardware is my favorite in the Sacramento area! They have a well-stocked store of all the necessities and the little bits that are critical to find for projects and repairs. It's so nice to have an alternative to amazon...and with good quality merchandise with real-live, knowledgeable sales associates to help. I love the classic kitchen essentials that they have on hand, from mason jars, to cast-iron skillets and great gadgets. And great tools! I got a digging knife for planting bulbs that has been an incredible help. This is my go-to shop for quality tools for the workshop, home and garden. Ace G.B. has solutions to meet the needs of crafters, creators and DIY's! 😀🎉 Last but not least, they make key copies that actually work!

Plenty of parking. Nice small place to grab a couple of needed items. You'll get better proceed elsewhere but you can't beat the convenience is your close. Staff was friendly and fast. Better variety than the hardware area in Walmart.

Love this store. Great ownership and employees. Cody did a great job assisting us. Everyone wants to help. The facility is very clean. Prices are usually cheaper than the competitors.
