I recommend famous footwear if you are trying to buy your whole family all a pair of name brand shoes. There's something here for everyone. Even though this shoe store is kinda small and on the side of the mall, I always find a shoe under 100 that works great. I'm starting to like it more than sheik because there's way more womens options available for me to try. They are more reasonable then foot action and shoe palace. You can join the rebate club and get more deals. Helpful staff and fast lines.

The owner is not a nice lady. She's always behind your back, looks at you since you enter the store and doesn't even let you look comfortably/peacefully. She made me feel unwelcome several times. It's unfortunately because they do have nice shoes and I have purchased from them before, just not that great customer service

This store has okay prices and variety. But the employees are consistently just watching you as if you are going to steal something. It is very intimidating we were just trying to buy new shoes. Please stop doing this it drives customers away.

I experienced a return today that made me question their policy and business ethics. I bought four pairs of crocs online using the buy one get one half off and another coupon. I had to return two pairs and wasn't about to pay to ship them back. I completed the return and realized the amount didn't match what I paid. I asked the cashier to clarify why it's less and she states she has to return all four pair I bought then buy back the pair that I am returning which gives me a $36 refund. But I paid $38.24 each for the two pair I'm returning. I spent $118 total and I'm only going to get $36 back? That makes no sense at all. Shouldn't I be refunded the amount i paid? I decided to buy the shoes back and now I have a purchase on my credit card and have to wait for a refund. This was a waste of time and I definitely won't be purchasing anymore shoes from this company.

Nice clean place very nice people. But alway can't find your shoe size 🤷♂️but they can order for you. Shoe there they are expensive.

A great variety of shoes ranging from slides to running shows. They also always have a deal going on which makes your purchases cheaper every time you visit. There's also this wonderful lady that makes every visit enjoyable. Customer service here is really great. If they don't have a shoe in stock, they give you the option to order your shoes to pick up in store for free. Overall, great shoe store.

Ordered a pair of shoes online to pick up here. They were ready within a couple hours. Friendly service, I don't usually go to Southland but I will definitely return.

Their employee Nacy kept following my family around the store as if we were going to steal the shoes. Made me feel very harassed, and I started recording her. I called their store to bring this up to a supervisor and he told me employees do this to check on their customers. I replied to him by making him aware that Nacy didn't even ask if I needed help once since I entered the store, and she didnt check on the other family that was in the store as well. Please do not let your employees harass customers, this drives away business.

This is our go to store for shoes for the whole family. The store is clean, the staff are extremely friendly & oh so helpful. The variety and prices are unmatched. We are able to get shoes for our constantly out-growing family. Make sure you sign up for the app or text messages because you will get more bang for your buck with them! They carry many of the in demand brands. You can be stylish while saving. This location has the best staff. Its ashame that their at such a crappy mall.
