I hate this location so much. It’s unfortunate that it’s the closest one to me. It’s always extremely understaffed with lines out the door. The managers there are useless. I almost always end up leaving the branch because the line doesn’t move and I end up driving further away to other locations.

We love to come to this address though we live in a different area mostly because of the managers! We used to come to Nadya she is so professional and nice, now she is promoted and we met Eleana and she is perfect too. Very professional managers, very polite, can easily understand what you need and offer the most profitable deal. And also it is always very clean inside, not crowdy.

Some of the worst customer service ever. I went in for a simple question that I guess I could have called in for but as soon as I went in every employee seemed to go on their lunch break and even the manager was gone. One of the employees Kayla P something was very rude and didn't want to give me the time of day. Not sure if she was having a bad day but from the start she interrupted me, talked over me and barely gave me an answer. At that point I had accepted i wasn't going to get anything from her or any of the other employees so I left and on my way home stopped at the other wells fargo in the shopping center of miguels on beach and was delighted at how different the atmosphere was. So much better! drive the distance and do not go to this wells fargo. Never again "kayla"

It went fine. There was no wait when I went and they helped me with everything I needed. I can't relate my experience to all the others I see written so that is why I am posting mine. It was what I would expect from a banking experience and at least my teller had a nice attitude throughout.

Awful experience. I went in to this branch on May 20th and worked with the teller Kareem. I was trying to cash a check for $700. The check was a BofA check so they said they couldn't cash it immediately. I would have to wait for my money. I didn't like that answer especially since other branches approve it for me (no consistency). My account balance is consistent. Consistently low, but consistent. Its not like I had a bunch of money in my account before. The teller said they couldn't do it because "What if your check bounces?" I said I had been a member since 2008 and never had a check bounce. Not to mention, I work for Warren Buffet who has a net worth of $60,000,000,000. Yes that is BILLION. Pretty sure no checks are bouncing from him. Anyways, there was no trust and that's the bottom line. Why would I have people who don't trust me manage my money? I couldn't believe another bank that I am not a member of, cashes my check and only asks two questions: "Can I see two forms of ID?" and "How would you like your cash?" THATS IT. They explained that its because it is a BofA check and the money clears immediately. I said in my exact words, "well maybe I should Bank with them. That way I don't have to wait." So I asked for all my money out of my account. Apparently to Kareem, you can only have one account in your life because he closed all my accounts without my permission. I never told him specifically to "CLOSE my accounts." I called to complain to the Branch Manager about my situation. I can't remember his name but he should be in NO Customer Service position EVER. He was rude and just wanted to get in a pissing contest about what he THINKS happened. He just kept saying "well here my notes say......" Doesnt matter what your notes say. If one of my clients tells me the sky is green then I say "Absolutely Mr. Customer, what a beautiful shade of green the sky is today." That is customer service. What I dealt with on the phone today was not customer service. It was a pissing contest. Goodbye WF, Hello CHASE.
