I called trying to get and estimate and set my vehicle up for a bumper cover replacement, and they won't take money to repair a vehicle. I don't know what kind of business refuses to take money, but I guess they can run it however that want.

I usually don’t give reviews on things unless I’m extremely disappointed in how everything went. Which I am. I got sideswept/tboned so I had to get two new driver side doors and buff a few scratches, etc. After initially going there to get an estimate and set up an appointment, they put my email in wrong so it took 2 weeks for me to hear back from them after calling them multiple times and asking what was up. They said they’d have to call a guy they get used doors from, and after a few more days and still hearing nothing back, I called again and they straight up said they didn’t call the guy. ?? Finally about a month after the initial accident, I took my car to get fixed and everything. When I came to pick it up, they told me the black trim around the windows was scratched and chipped. When I left, I noticed my radio wasn’t working as well. And the windows on the new doors had tint, where as all my other windows didn’t have tint, so my two drivers side windows were significantly darker than all my others. Not too big a deal (minus the radio), but annoying nonetheless. Instead of tinting the rest like I asked, they completely changed the windows. So after 3 more trips to the place, and trying to find rides to and from the place because none of those took less than 3 hours, I finally have most things back to normal, except for the whistle from my doors, which I don’t even want to take back to them because I’m sure I’ll have to go back to get something else fixed after that. Surely if they’re voted the best in town they’re not like this every time, or everyone is just oblivious. Such a hassle, and almost a two month ordeal.

They did a nice job replacing my bumper. I’m giving 3 stars because there’s a few small bumps in the paint job they did and I would have liked to know that the part they were putting on my car was an aftermarket bumper and not the oem bumper. Other than that, they were really good. They have much better customer service than other body shops in the area. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

My wife hit a deer that caused extensive damage to our beloved car. Buck's made the car like new. They were timely in the repair, and their customer service is impeccable. I cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic business, fantastic people.

Dave is a great guy who was willing to work with me in every aspect of my complicated requests. Jay as well. The staff here are kind and considerate. I’ve been dealing with another shop over the past year that has just been a nightmare. Sometimes things do not come out exactly as you would like, but nobody is perfect... people make mistakes. When this happens bring it back up and allow for correction. This body shop is super pleasant to work with and show genuine care for issues with the vehicle. Service: Painting
