i got in an accident and was going to have lilly's check out my car. they were super nice and helpful with getting things sorted out even though the car got totaled instead! they gave me suggestions on places to contact to sell for parts and overall made me feel much better about everything. super kind people, would definitely recommend and will go back if i ever need work done again!

I was convinced by other parties insurance (Liberty Mutual) that my only option was to go to their only "Certified" Body shop near me....Lillies Body Shop in Murray, KY, if I wanted to make sure I was covered for a rental vehicle and if I needed to go back for any reason it would also be covered as well (which why in the world would I go back after seeing what they do? No Thank you. ) So now I have cheap work done by a Body shop that was supposed to be quality lol. They acted like they didn't see what I was talking about. If you don't want a quality paint job go here⏫️. The entire front end of my car is like this.... My bumper is an eggshell texture and the whole hood has swirls and very spotty. Who knows what's going on underneath the work. I'm putting this on here so you don't make the same mistake as I did. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Thank you so much to Lilly's for their help with replacing our grandson's back truck window. Not only were they professional in dealing with us they made sure we knew our options and found us the best deal. Even though they were busy they made sure they got us in relatively quickly to get the window replaced. When our grandson picked it up they made sure he understood what he needed to do and not to do to make sure the window stayed like it was supposed to. We would absolutely use them again for service if we need them. #RearWindowReplacement

What an awesome business here in Murray. I loved the personalized care and the repair on my truck was amazing. So, now they're going to repair the hole in my front bumper made by someone who didn't clean the rock off their trailer and when we met them on 121 a golf ball size rock hit my car. I look forward to the finished job and will post pics when they get done.
