Highly recommended you don't use the online pick up. Pick up was between 4-5pm. We arrived at 4:40 to see it sitting outside, unattended, in the 75 degree sun. Called to get some insight and was lied to with a "we just put it out there". Honestly, kroger, pay your employees better and hire more and maybe your customers wouldn't be consistently angry with each experience. Oh and how are you out of half of our order? no milk? seriously? ~Samuel

I usually dread going in here. Hate it. Staff are not given the resources to produce a visually appealing store although the employees try their best with what they have. I went in last night, late. A singsong voice welcomed me to dollar general, I had never had that experience before in this store. While shopping, I realized who the greeting came from. I have never experienced better customer service than Ms. Robin gives. She welcomes everyone and wishes them well upon exit without missing a single person. She changed the store’s vibe entirely. Please give that woman a raise because she works extremely hard and is such an asset to the company and a treasure for the customers to interact with! ~Wayne

I accidentally put the wrong transmission fluid in my car and Mike was so helpful when I called! Friendly, knowledgeable and patient, listening to everything I had to say, and he got me in the next day. After a very scary morning, he left me feeling reassured and that in itself was priceless. When I brought my car in, all of the service technicians were super friendly as well, and my Subaru's transmission flush was done in a matter of a couple hours.
