Horrible management at this store. It’s completely not managed right. Waited 15 mins at customer service and no body came to help asked for management, no one came. Horrible customer interaction. As I waited then all the employees tell me good luck on getting management up here. That shows you how this place is ran.

Revised. Sushi is still good. I want to start by saying that most of this review is reflective of Kroger at the corporate level. The local store, if they could be separated, would be rated higher, however because they go through corporate for online orders, etc. it is what it is. I've had several experiences with the online coupons and weekly sales where they are simply not applied at checkout. You don't ever get to see the final price until after pickup, so you can't even watch out for it, unless you screenshot everything (and who wants to shop somewhere where they don't trust the store?). The app glitches regularly. Right now, every time you type in a letter, it shows up fine, then when you type the next letter, a duplicate of the last letter appears. I've had this happen a few years ago too. The app also seems to glitch a lot in the store, making it difficult to add coupons. Please fix the app, just automatically apply coupons (they are digital, you don't need to "clip" a computer blip), and don't advertise sales you don't plan on honoring.l.

These guys sold fish stated as fresh and it was not! It was previously frozen and when I went to cook it, it was rotten! Ruined my entire dinner and all the prep I had done. Quit listing fresh when it is not fresh!!!!! Also when we went back to kroger they couldn't figure out how to refund us on our phone number and store membership/credit card/photo of product and packaging and barcode. We finally left after waiting over 20 minutes for a refund from the untrained not very nice customer service representative. This is terrible customer service and from now on we will take our business elsewhere!!!

Highly recommended you don't use the online pick up. Pick up was between 4-5pm. We arrived at 4:40 to see it sitting outside, unattended, in the 75 degree sun. Called to get some insight and was lied to with a "we just put it out there". Honestly, kroger, pay your employees better and hire more and maybe your customers wouldn't be consistently angry with each experience. Oh and how are you out of half of our order? no milk? seriously?

Kroger charged me $72.00 unauthorized! I had an online order. They charged me three charges. They won’t refund the money because they can’t see the charge. I told them I would send a copy of my bank charges but that doesn’t work to prove the charges to then. They said call my bank and ask what the charge is for. But why? Won’t refund the money because it doesn’t show in their system. Had this happen recently with WalMart and never got that refund. I am finished with online shopping and will be awhile before I shop Kroger again if ever!

Groceries are a little expensive but there is a more selection of meat and produce than other places on town. The lighting could ne better for hard of seeing people

Terrible curbside pick up service. Last two times I've ordered I get a text message from an employee saying they don't have my order ready or they don't have any of my items and to cancel my order! Text message from random employee seems very unprofessional. No apology for inconvenience or anything. Mind you they did this 15 minutes prior to my pick up time and I live 30 minutes or more away so I was half way there to pick items up.

Very good... Especially for Murray... Largest meat section, wide aisles.. good produce selection.... It's definitely worthy of the stop... It has more variety than Walmart easily..
