I usually dread going in here. Hate it. Staff are not given the resources to produce a visually appealing store although the employees try their best with what they have. I went in last night, late. A singsong voice welcomed me to dollar general, I had never had that experience before in this store. While shopping, I realized who the greeting came from. I have never experienced better customer service than Ms. Robin gives. She welcomes everyone and wishes them well upon exit without missing a single person. She changed the store’s vibe entirely. Please give that woman a raise because she works extremely hard and is such an asset to the company and a treasure for the customers to interact with!

This Dollar G. to me has an emotional attachment ( if that makes any sense?) When my Mom was alive she'd would go there Quite a bit So when I either go by or like when my wife & I went in A lot of good Memories came flowing in . The store arrangement has changed,So it was good to to go back ,the cashier Royce Was really cool I did have to ask him if he was named after the car? He said no I don't think so? Anywho Ck'em out and support ur local Dollar G. ✌&❤ Y'all

I have COPD and major breathing problems. I was especially having a rough day today and probably shouldnt have even attempted going in the store to get my three items, they were not light in weight either. When I went into the store, there were no carts available,my luck. Anyway, the employees went above and beyond in helping me get my items to the counter. They even gave me a chair to sit in while waiting in line, made sure I got my bags to my car as well. Thank you everyone at Dollar General in Murray for helping me! I would not have been able to get my items otherwise! That means more to me than you realize!

Dollar general is starting to step up their game. The new stores are pretty nice. But, anything in the fridge/ freezors if you aren't planning on eating it in the next few days don't buy there.

There are two really great cashiers I believe one is a manager don't know his name he's always helpful great disposition for the store. The other will call her B for safety she's awesome friendly caring salt of the earth. Go for the stuff return for experience

The dollar store has not just great prices but there r times, when there, u can come across some awesomely unique items. Found my gra-baby a basket of play food best part the basket had the story's name on the side. Everyone loves it. Ty $store.

Employees are helpful and friendly, the store is overall clean compared to some other dollar generals, and I really like that they stay open until 10. I would have given 5 stars but my only issue is with their selection, I wish they had a bigger arts and craft section but after all it is a dollar general, not a hobby lobby. Overall happy with my experiences there though.

usual dollar store experience. Greeted at the door, found everything I came for.. Had a handful of usual dollar store stuff on my list plus a few extra items that I'd normally get at the regular grocery, but didnt want to make another stop. I found some items to be much more expensive, such as bologna was 2.00 per small pk opposed to .98 for large pk at Wal-mart.. as well as some of the frozen foods... I guess this is where they make up for normally low prices elsewhere in the store.

We have 3 Dollar Generals in Murray and this is the oldest. It does not seem as clean and organized as the others, but that's due to age of the store. Usually have to wait in line quite a while to check out at this one.

Every single location in Henry County needs cleaning, the majority of the merchandise shelves are messy and cluttered with no sign of organization. They have sales that are designed to be intentionally confusing about what item is actually on sale. Last but not least the stores mark up on products does not scream bargain or even affordable. Forgot to mention the mostly ill informed staff when it comes to non-refundable prepaid phone cards to simply the general layout of the store they work in.
