Today I had problems with my van so I took it to Auto Zone in Murray and had the best customer service. They tested my battery and found that I needed a new one. They checked my warranty and installed a new one. Thanks to Terry Miller, I left as a happy customer. He went out of his way to ensure that I was well taken care of and pleased with the service!

Anna was so generous with her time changing out the wipers on my mother-in-law’s car!! I had no clue how to change them out, and since they were unique wipers, she made sure they were correct, and shared with me how they went on. I am super impressed, and again thank you Anna!

Jo and her team were a tremendous help to us. We had some battery issues leaving Kentucky Lake on our way home and stopped here to get checked out. Jo took the time to test the battery, give us our options (that actually included not needing a new battery), and showed me how to use a jump box that I thought wasn’t working. Our family really appreciates this 5 star experience
