Highly recommended you don't use the online pick up. Pick up was between 4-5pm. We arrived at 4:40 to see it sitting outside, unattended, in the 75 degree sun. Called to get some insight and was lied to with a "we just put it out there". Honestly, kroger, pay your employees better and hire more and maybe your customers wouldn't be consistently angry with each experience.
