I went in tonight to fix a headlight that was out. Unfortunately for me it required three trips. Every time I went in there Jonah was beyond helpful. He explained everything and eventually helped me figure it out. Even when I came in right at close he was still willing to help me. His customer service was above and beyond. ~christian

Micheal Toon made my experience a Great one today. I've had bad experiences at many stores. He was well informed about all the products, how to set up the phones. He answered all my questions and explained the differences with the phones. He explained how it would affect my bill. He was patient, well mannered, polite and overall pleasant. He made what could have been a nightmare for me a very easy and pleasant experience. There needs to be more employees like him ,not only at Verizon but in every store. ~Janet

They could have simply told me what I needed to gather for them and sent me on my way, but they hung in there with me and got it done! They also worked hard to get the best deals for us. This dealership and it’s employees did an awesome job today! I drove 2 hours from Henderson, KY and it was the best Decision I could have made in my search for a new vehicle. I was convinced by other parties insurance (Liberty Mutual) that my only option was to go to their only "Certified" Body shop near me....Lillies Body Shop in Murray, KY, if I wanted to make sure I was covered for a rental vehicle and if I needed to go back for any reason it would also be covered as well (which why in the world would I go back after seeing what they do? No Thank you. ) So now I have cheap work done by a Body shop that was supposed to be quality lol. They acted like they didn't see what I was talking about. If you don't want a quality paint job go here⏫️. The entire front end of my car is like this.... My bumper is an eggshell texture and the whole hood has swirls and very spotty. Unless you are using insurance they will not give an estimate on painting a vehicle. We are refurbishing a car and cannot get a quote from them. ~Jodie
