Micheal Toon made my experience a Great one today. I've had bad experiences at many stores. He was well informed about all the products, how to set up the phones. He answered all my questions and explained the differences with the phones. He explained how it would affect my bill. He was patient, well mannered, polite and overall pleasant. He made what could have been a nightmare for me a very easy and pleasant experience. There needs to be more employees like him ,not only at Verizon but in every store.

Customer Service was Excellent! We were first in store so we were helped right away...but 2 customers walked in while she was taking care of us and had to wait...maybe another customer service associate on Saturdays would be a good thing!

My husband and I drive an hour just to come to the Murray Verizon store rather than Paducah, where we live, for the transparency and professionalism that manager Savannah and her team provide. The cleanliness, efficiency, effort and straight-forwardness that she and her staff provide is a breath of fresh air and makes for an enjoyable experience rather than the hassle and confusion for the customer that most phone store give. We've been very impressed, ALL Verizon's should take their lead and example!! We really appreciate Murray Verizon!!!

Such knowledgeable staff who take care of and spend time with each customer to make sure you are satisfied before leaving the store. Don't be in a rush when you come, but expect excellent customer service especially from the Murray GM Savannah.

We started our account back in October 2021 and it is now March 2022. We have not had one consistent bill. Our bill is supposed to be around $200 each month, and our next bill is over $500. This is all due to this store having absolutely no idea what they’re doing on top of tacking on all kinds of “fees”. As this is technically not a real Verizon store, Verizon corporate will not back anything they say or charge. They charge for fees a regular Verizon store does not. I do not recommend going here unless you like surprise bills each month, fun surprise “fees”, and zero customer service.
