Best cell phone store in Murray, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Micheal Toon made my experience a Great one today. I've had bad experiences at many stores. He was well informed about all the products, how to set up the phones. He answered all my questions and explained the differences with the phones. He explained how it would affect my bill. He was patient, well mannered, polite and overall pleasant. He made what could have been a nightmare for me a very easy and pleasant experience. There needs to be more employees like him ,not only at Verizon but in every store. ~Janet

Amazing customer service! I was dealing with a very complicated and stressful situation for my father, and the associates at Cricket in Murray went above and beyond to help me through it. They could have simply told me what I needed to gather for them and sent me on my way, but they hung in there with me and got it done! They also worked hard to get the best deals for us.
